Spacious and modern home in the Old City of Cartagena. It is very well located in front of the ancients walls in the neighborhood of Getsemani. The house is equipped with a large terrace, swimming pool, and barbecue, as well as spacious common areas for dining and relaxing. The house has 4 floors: abasement for staff, a first floor with a living room and 2 bedrooms, a second floor with a dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and a terrace with a swimming pool, dining and sunbathing spaces. The space The house has 4 floors: a basement for staff, a first floor with a living room and 2 bedrooms, a second floor with a dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and a terrace with a swimming pool, dining and sunbathing spaces. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except a storage room in the basement. Other things to note No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in with a copy of their passport. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered with an ID prior to check-in. Check out is at 12pm, and check-in is after 3pm. If no guests are coming in the same day check out and check-in can be flexible We have a maid during the day that is available for cleaning or common areas, and also a light breakfast can be arranged (guests are responsible for food purchase). Lunch can be arranged for a small fee directly to the employee. At night, there is a doorman for your safety. This is a family home, so we are looking for respectful guests who want to relax and enjoy the city. NO parties with outside guests allowed at the property. Outside guests that have not been checked-in will be charged $100 USD each. According to local laws, foreign residents are exempt from IVA taxes (19%) upon presentation of their passport and immigration stamp. Current rate do not include IVA taxes. Registration Details 88327

Alexis was a great host! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Also Thank you Sharon for being very communicative, friendly, helping my friends plan decorate and get appetizers for our welcome party. Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! This house was absolutely amazing. It is in the heart of Cartagena, easily walkable to restaurants, shops, bars, the marina, and beach. The house was immaculate. It was extremely clean. Came with shampoo, and conditioner. Upon arrival they had cold beers and cold mint scented towels to refresh with. The pool was also cleaned daily which was a really nice touch, no bugs or leaves! I saved the best part for last, we truly can’t speak highly enough of Mayo. She is the housekeeper and cook, and she is absolutely wonderful. She shopped and cooked for us everyday. At a minimum breakfast, but sometimes lunch as well. The food was DELICIOUS! We didn’t want to eat out after her cooking. She goes above and beyond, we had a boat day so she arrived to the house at 5:30 AM made us to go meals for the day so they were fresh and packed a cooler with drinks so we were ready to go at 6:30 AM. I would stay here again just for Mayo, she will make your trip an absolute dream come true.

We LOVED staying at Alexis’ house! & Maya - the housekeeper was amazing. It was the best experience - she went to the grocery store for us, made us delicious food & stayed late to take care of us!! The service was so appreciated & our trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. We also appreciated Sharon greeting us upon arrival since she spoke perfect English! She explained everything & answered all our questions. We had 6 girls at the house for our 30th birthday trip for 4 days & it was even better than the pictures. Every bedroom had its own bathroom! Very spacious, stunning interior & we loved the terrace & pool. We also felt very safe in this neighborhood! It was quiet but close enough to walk to all the restaurants, bars & actives we had planned. Would highly recommend staying at this house for your trip to Cartagena!
