The 2017 rainy season was good for our island farmers but raised our lake levels so we won't have the beach front until January 2018 as the lake receeds during the dry season. We catch fish right off the front porch now! The property also offers a spacious studio apartment with one bedroom and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area suitable for four guests. The bedroom contains one double bed and one single bed, while the living area has an additional single bed. This setup is perfect for larger families or groups interested in booking both accommodations.

## Location

Situated centrally on the island, the property is accessible via paved roads from the port. The lakefront setting provides direct access to Lake Cocibolca, where guests can enjoy fishing right off the porch. Although recent rainy seasons have temporarily raised lake levels, reducing the beachfront area, the water recedes during the dry season, restoring beach access.
