“Beautiful Depa” is located in La Isla Residences & Spa, one of the most complete condominiums in Acapulco Diamante. The property includes access to a private beach and is only a few minutes from the airport, restaurants, and essential services.

It is an ideal setting for a vacation, a weekend as a couple, or a relaxing break. The apartment is fully equipped to help you feel at home.

The Space

This beautifully decorated apartment features tasteful design, luxury finishes, and an excellent view. It includes everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Early check-in and late check-out are available only when there are no guests checking out on the check-in date or checking in on the check-out date.

Daily cleaning is available for an additional fee. A cook can also be arranged to help prepare meals, subject to an additional charge.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome, provided that all condominium regulations are followed. The regulations will be sent to you.

• One dog per stay
• Small to medium-sized breeds only
• Maximum weight: 12 kilograms
• Fee: $500 per night, per dog
• A $2,000 security deposit is required

The deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 24 hours after departure, once the cleaning staff has verified that there is no damage.

If your dog has an accident, please notify us. We strongly recommend taking your dog outside several times a day to help prevent accidents. Do not use the mop provided for cleaning the apartment.

Please bring the following items for your dog:

• Wet wipes
• Your dog’s bed
• Food and water bowls
• Waste bags

Guests are responsible for their pets. Thank you for helping us continue to welcome dogs.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the following condominium amenities:

• Very large swimming pools
• Internal transportation by golf cart
• A dedicated golf cart for the tower, in addition to the condominium carts
• Beachside Jacuzzi
• Private beach with beach furniture at no additional cost
• Water slides
• Children’s water parks
• Beachfront restaurant
• Cafeteria at the Club House
• Snack bar beside the pools
• More than seven pools and additional amenities

Please pay attention to weather reports, as the beach may be affected by deep-sea conditions.

Important Arrival Information

The condominium requires a cash deposit of $5,000 upon arrival. A receipt will be provided and may be required for check-in.

A valid official identification document is required for check-in. All guests, including minors, must be registered.

For last-minute reservations, please allow two hours for the access email to be sent and the necessary procedures to be completed.

We have additional apartments available and will be happy to provide information about them.

Condominium and Apartment Rules

1. Place the proximity key card in the card holder at the entrance to activate the lights. Remove it when leaving so the air conditioning turns off. The refrigerator will continue operating because it has the appropriate installation.

   Only one key is provided. If necessary, you may leave it at reception so your companions can enter.

   Please help conserve energy. Electricity service is expensive in Acapulco.

2. Upon arrival, you will find a small inventory inside the apartment. Review it, sign it, and send a photo through Airbnb or WhatsApp. If you do not send the photo, the inventory will be considered accepted.

   The condominium rules are displayed in a visible location near the entrance or in the kitchen.

3. Do not hang clothes or towels on balcony railings, outdoor furniture, or indoor furniture. A folding clothesline is provided.

   Do not sit on beds, chairs, or living room furniture while wearing wet clothing.

4. Barbecues of any kind are not permitted.

5. Visitors and outside service personnel are not permitted. Only guests registered and authorized by the owner may access the apartment and condominium.

6. Parties and events are not allowed.

7. Housekeeping is included every third day. This service is not flexible because the housekeeper is responsible for changing towels and can assist with washing items if needed.

   Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Only our authorized staff may enter the apartment. This policy helps protect both guests and the property. The staff has a key for your convenience.

   You may leave the apartment while the housekeeper cleans it so that it is ready when you return. Although the staff is trusted, we recommend using the safes for valuables.

   On the day of check-out, the housekeeper will arrive at 11:30 a.m. to begin cleaning and prepare the apartment for the next guests by 3:00 p.m. Thank you for allowing access.

8. Everyone must wear the condominium bracelet at all times to use the amenities.

9. Food, drinks, coolers, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Coolers may be taken to the beach.

10. All purchases within the condominium are made using the Consumer Card, which is provided at the tower reception desk during check-in. The card can be loaded there.

    For your convenience, the Casa Club has a NETWORK cashier.

11. When returning from the beach, shake out your sandals, towels, and belongings to prevent sand from being brought into the apartment.

12. The condominium has a private beach. Request the golf cart to the beach at the tower reception desk.

    For the return trip, use the waiting station beside the restaurant. The tower also has its own trolley.

    Awnings, lounge chairs, chairs, and hammocks are available at the beach at no additional cost. Massages are also available on the beach.

13. The restaurant and pool snack bar prices are affordable. Please also consult the listing guides, “Where to Eat” and “Must-Sees on the Island.”

14. Report any accidents involving mattresses, living room furniture, dining chairs, or outdoor furniture. Please avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing or allowing food and drinks to stain it.

Lost Items and Additional Charges

• Deep cleaning required because the apartment was left excessively dirty: $800
• Damaged or lost items: $500
• Lost Consumer Card: $500
• Lost air-conditioning remote control: $1,000
• Lost proximity card: $1,000
• Lost lockbox key: $200
• Damaged or lost kitchen wireless equipment: $800

Additional Note

We rarely experience issues with guests. However, if you have a problem with the La Isla staff, please note the staff member’s name and report it. This is the only way to help improve the service.

If a violation of the house rules results in a deduction or reimbursement to the next guest, you will be responsible for covering the associated costs.
