The property includes terraces, spacious open lounges, and dining areas designed to showcase the surrounding views. Relax on the poolside loungers while the children enjoy the wading pool. The house is located in a secure residential community with 24-hour surveillance.

The Space

The house offers 10 spacious and comfortable bedrooms:

• Eight bedrooms have air conditioning.
• Two bedrooms do not have air conditioning and are equipped with ceiling fans.
• Air conditioning must remain turned off during the day.
• Seven bedrooms have private full bathrooms.
• Three bedrooms share bathrooms.

Enjoy private recreational areas, including a multipurpose court. The pool measures 16 meters by 5 meters and has a consistent depth of 1.40 meters. It also includes a wading pool.

The house has one service room for your driver and another service room for support staff, such as cleaning or cooking personnel.

The jacuzzi is currently out of service. Televisions are available only in the two living room areas.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property.

Mr. José Luis and his wife, Mari, will welcome you upon arrival. They will be happy to assist with maintenance or household-related matters, but they are not service staff.

Upon arrival, they will provide the property rules and policies for you to review and sign.

House Rules

• Events and parties are not permitted.
• After 22:00, only moderate-volume music is allowed inside the house. Music is not permitted outdoors. Failure to comply may result in a $10,000 fine imposed by the residential community.
• In accordance with community policies, the full names of all guests must be registered at the gate four days before arrival.
• Any visitors not included in the reservation, including makeup artists or hairstylists, must be registered in advance using their full names. Unregistered visitors will not be permitted to enter.
• Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas of the house.
• For safety reasons, use plastic cups and containers in the pool area.
• Guests use the pool and its facilities at their own risk. Please take appropriate precautions to prevent accidents and maintain continuous supervision of children near the pool. The property does not assume responsibility for accidents, and the safety of minors must be prioritized.

Additional Information

Please include the total number of guests in your reservation so that you are aware of the complete cost. If you plan to receive visitors, notify the host in advance with the date, number of people, and time of the visit. Additional charges may apply.

Additional Services

• Pool heating: Available for an additional cost of $1,850 pesos per day, with a minimum booking of two consecutive days.
• Cook service: Available from 09:00 to 17:00 for an additional $1,000 pesos per day. The cook prepares meals using ingredients provided by the guests.
• Housekeeping: Basic bedroom cleaning is available from 09:00 to 13:00 for $1,000 pesos per day.
• Pet entry: Up to two small pets are permitted for an additional charge of $2,500 pesos per reservation.
  • If a pet climbs on beds, sofas, or other furniture, relieves itself inside the house, or enters the pool, an additional $3,000 pesos deep-cleaning fee will apply.
  • Guests are also responsible for any other damage caused by their pets.
• Personal support service: Available for an additional $800 pesos per day and required when the number of guests exceeds 16. Support staff clear the table, wash dishes, and clean the kitchen from 09:00 to 15:00. Cooking is not included.

Payment for additional services must be completed through the platform. Services must be confirmed and paid for at least four days before arrival.
