Casa Sarita is a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and private five-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, located on a nine-hole golf course in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.

The walkable community offers:

The villa features multiple sitting areas, a tranquil courtyard with a fountain, and terraces overlooking the gardens and private pool. Dining is available both indoors and outdoors.

Nestled in a tropical garden, Casa Sarita provides convenient access to the many activities and attractions in the area. Enter through the peaceful courtyard, which includes a beautiful fountain and covered seating areas on the porch. Inside, the spacious, open, bright, and airy villa is designed for relaxation and comfort.

Move easily from the living room, with ample seating for large groups, to the patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The inviting two-level swimming pool is suitable for both adults and children. A poolside bar with a barbecue grill is also available.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:

• Three bedrooms are located on the second floor.
• One bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house.
• The fifth bedroom has a private entrance and can also be accessed from the main house.

All bedrooms include:

Two bedrooms feature walk-in closets, and their bathrooms include jetted tubs.

The fourth bedroom has a terrace overlooking the front courtyard.
