Important Information

Property Character

This is an older property, built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, with unique charm. Although the local team works diligently to keep the villa clean and well maintained, older homes in a tropical climate may occasionally require attention. Assistance is always available from the local team.

Booking Recommendation

The villa is popular with large groups. Because the two floors can also be rented separately, a smaller reservation may block availability for the entire property. Booking early is strongly recommended to secure your preferred dates.

Starter Supplies

A starter kit is provided with:

• Hand soap
• Dish soap
• Sponges
• Shampoo
• One bath towel per guest
• One beach towel per guest
• Kitchen essentials, including oil, salt, and pepper

For convenience, guests are encouraged to arrange delivery of groceries, drinking water, and other beverages.

Walkway and Entrance

A narrow walkway between the pool and the Castillo leads to the rear glass door. The walkway may become slippery when wet. Guests who prefer a wider or more stable entry point should use the main entrance on the first floor.

Security Deposit

Because the home is professionally managed, guests must choose one of the following options during the reservation process:

• A fully refundable security deposit of $1,500 USD
• A non-refundable damage waiver for $59

A private rental agreement must be signed after the Airbnb booking process is complete.
