The Space

Villa SoHo is a spacious property featuring:

• Two private pools
• Two separate bedrooms
• A large patio
• A location approximately 12 minutes from the nearest beach
• A location approximately 15 minutes from cenotes
• A location approximately 18 minutes from turquoise lakes

One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has access to a private pool. The second bedroom is separate from the main living area and is accessed via an exterior wooden staircase from the patio. Upstairs, this bedroom features a private rooftop and pool.

Location

Villa SoHo is located in La Veleta, a food-focused area of Tulum known for its restaurants, ranging from brunch cafés to special evening dining experiences.

The beach is approximately 12 minutes away.

The final three blocks before reaching the property are on unpaved roads. This is part of the experience of staying in a jungle town such as Tulum. Please consider whether this may be inconvenient for your stay before booking.

Guest Access

The villa is exclusively yours, and all amenities provided are available for you to enjoy.

Self-check-in is available, so you may arrive at your convenience. Lockboxes are located at the entrance.

Things to Note

Tulum is a beautiful jungle beach town where services such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi may occasionally be intermittent. Tropical weather and Caribbean infrastructure can sometimes cause temporary service interruptions.

The air and pool water temperatures are similar. Because the property is surrounded by nature, leaves may occasionally collect in the pool.

Villa SoHo is located in the jungle, so you may encounter insects or other creatures. This is a natural part of the jungle environment.

Both bedrooms are separate from each other. To reach the upstairs bedroom, you must go outside to the patio and use the exterior wooden staircase. Please consider this arrangement before booking.
