The house has four comfortable rooms, each with nightstands, a bathroom, and a closet. The penthouse includes a double bed, nightstand, and fan.
Guest Access
Guests have access to everything in the house and pool, as well as the shared beach deck, which is also used by the cabin and another house.
Available amenities include:
- Chairs and sun loungers
- Fire pit
- Air conditioners
- Fans
- Kayak and paddleboard, weather permitting
House Rules and Additional Fees
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $150 fee applies for smoking indoors.
- A $35 cleaning surcharge applies if the property is left in very poor condition after check-out, beyond what a courteous guest would leave. Examples include excessive garbage in the bins, stains on the floor, or dirty walls.
- Only guests included in the reservation may visit or stay at the property.
- Infants, children, and young people are welcome, but each guest must be included in the reservation.
- No more than 11 people may sleep in the house.
- Please wash your feet before entering the house.
- By staying at the property, you agree to the following additional fees:
- Late check-out: $30 per additional hour
- Additional guests: $25 per person per night, for up to two additional people
- If more than 13 people are found on the property, the reservation may be canceled without a refund.
- Pets: $35 additional cleaning fee, plus the cost of any damage caused by the pet
- Lost keys: $150

What a lovely stay! Dinorah was an incredible host, she had someone meet us for check-in to show us around the property, she gave us contacts for anything we may need while we were there including laundry and cleaning, and she also put us in contact with reputable companies for local activities. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. Fresh drinking water was provided. The house and grounds were incredibly maintained. I would highly recommend this home and Dinorah as a host.

Family trip. Everyone loved our stay. The bedrooms have all the amenities you can ever need. The kitchen is full equipped with modern appliances. AC is super powerful and property comes with power plant. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully planned to provide comfort. Power outlets by the beach? Outdoor toilets/ shower? Kayaks? Swings? Fire pits? This property checks all your needs. Dinorah was a great host; communication was top priority making sure our stay was a great experience. There are many more features about this house I did not know about that surprised me for good. I will leave for you to discover by yourself when you visit ;)
