The place is the same as the photos and is close to places to go eat or hang out. There is also a supermarket, and you can prepare whatever you need with what is in the house. The interior is nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable.

Very busy street with shops, bars and food very close by. I hesitated to choose this place because of what they mentioned about the noise, but it didn't really bother us, nothing unbearable (we spent the weekend and the bar in front had live music, but it was enough to close the bathroom to be able to rest without any problem). Pablo was very helpful at all times 10/10

Pablo's loft is beautiful, it has everything you need on a daily basis, the location is close to many restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops, despite being a main street, the noise of vehicles and bars were not a problem, the fan helped to dissipate that noise very well, Pablo was always friendly and willing to help. Very satisfied with my stay and I hope to be able to stay at this beautiful place again.

Pablo was super attentive, the apartment is very beautiful and super well organized and equipped. The location is excellent to go to UNA. The apartment was arranged in such a way as to reduce street noise, and it certainly reduces it a little, but I had a lot of trouble sleeping; I managed to sleep very little during my stay. On weekends there is a rock bar in front, sometimes with live music, and you can follow the program until dawn without leaving home. The street is very busy during the day and night. At night, after the rock concert was over, wearing earplugs, I could sleep until about 5 in the morning, when motorcycles and trucks began to circulate. With that noise, there was no way I could go back to sleep. But the apartment is really beautiful, just like in the pictures.

The place corresponded to the description, it is very close to the University of Costa Rica and in a central location in the city, in a few meters you have access to numerous restaurants, markets and bakeries, the kitchen is complete and you can make your own food if you wish, extremely clean environment. Pablo was very proactive and answered all questions clearly and politely, the noise abatement system worked and I was not bothered by any noise, although the place is in a busy area.

I stayed here a little over a week and the place is amazing exactly as described. It is in a safe neighborhood with so many restaurants and a huge grocery store right across the street. Pablo was great, I meet him on the last day and he is super understanding and pleasant to work with. Overall the place gives you peace, security and a starting point to discover new places. I give Pablo a 5 star review!! Absolutely love this place!! Godspeed guys! Oh, I didn’t pay attention to the noise because Heredia is in the City Center therefore noise is expected. Thank you Pablo hope to meet again! Godspeed !!

Our stay in the apartment was good, since the stay was practically as described in the photos. The terrace really gives the apartment that touch of brightness and it's nice to be able to go out for a coffee or watch it rain, for example, sitting in the chairs. The bed is also comfortable and the bathroom is quite large, which is appreciated. The only thing missing was a small closet to put clothes in, but hey, in the end, these are minor things. In short, it was a good stay and I would repeat it if I visit Costa Rica again.
