We rented the villa for my bachelorette trip. It is beautiful and spacious, and the host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the villa was perfect for our group of 7. However, there was a burglary while we were out for dinner one of the nights, and all of our cash was taken. Guests from the villa next door told us that the same thing happened to them. Our unit seems to have only one security camera installed at the front door, and during our stay we did not see the security personnel that was supposed to be outside nightly after 7pm. This left us feeling concerned about safety at the villa and the surrounding neighborhood. Although the host responded to our message promptly after the incident, we wish that she had taken more actions to ensure our safety for the remainder of our stay. We feel that the host should increase the villa's security and do better when it comes to protecting guests from thefts/break-ins.

My friends and I went for my 30th birthday and we absolutely loved our stay! It was a gated community felt super safe. The place looks exactly like the pictures and made us feel like we were living the life. Phoenix communication was top tier and always gave me an answer within minutes. Very helpful with making reservations at beach clubs and excursions. Also , gave great recommendations. We had a blast in tulum and hopefully come back in near future .

Group of 6 ppl for my Birthday weekend….AMAZING! This villa was stunning! We were all speechless. Such a beautiful place that we called home for a couple of days. Place was very clean and neat. Easy to get to with the directions given to us by Phoenix. Concierge service was over the top! Thank you all for the best stay ever!! The chef and bartender were great, food and drinks was delicious, hands down! As well I want to thank my birthday decorator for an amazing job! Postdata Tulum brought my visión to LIFE! It was breath taking. My Mariachis were amazing, great music, great time. Thank you Phoenix from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the early check in and for having us stay in this beautiful villa. We are more than thankful for everything you and your team has done for us. You guys are the BEST!!

Very pleased with our stay at this airbnb! Phoenix was very helpful and responsive before during and after our trip. She answered all our questions and directed us to the correct personnel for all inquiries. The Villa was beautiful, like a dream. Just as it is pictured. The kit he comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms has soap shampoo and conditioner for our whole stay. The area is new so there isn’t much traffic. We didn’t hear any construction although there are new buildings going up around the area. Most things are a short drive away with the exception of a few small stores and la taqueria which I highly recommend for delicious affordable tacos and drinks. We will definitely be back :)

Phoenix’s place is beautiful! We stayed for my bachelorette and this place is gorgeous and very spacious. Would definitely come again. Phoenix is also very responsive when we had questions. We all felt safe while here and it is gated with other villas! Definitely book the chef services!

Very lovely place. The AC helped a lot with the heat. The pool was amazing! No issues. Using the pin drop coordinate location helps a lot when locating the property.

Our stay was incredible! I went with a group of girlfriends on a bachelorette, and we felt very safe and comfortable the whole time in Tulum and at Phoenix’s place. The house is beautiful and private, there is a guard at night and phoenix offered excellent amenities and services. Definitely book the Chef and Massages! They were awesome! Phoenix was super responsive leading up to and during the trip- overall we had a magical time and would highly recommend. The only drawbacks were the beds are firm and not the most comfortable and the roads in the couple blocks around the house are super rugged and not paved - a little confusing getting there the first time, but overall excellent!

Phoenix’s place was great ! She’s an amazing host, very responsive and helpful and accommodating. We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect house for the group of us ladies. The area is a newer area, so there is lots of construction and dirt roads. But the house was very big, clean and had all the amenities we needed! She was also very helpful with helping us find reliable taxis, drivers, and excursions. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for my bachelorette trip and we absolutely LOVED this villa! Phoenix & her entire team were extremely responsive and accommodating. The concierge through the Airbnb was also incredibly helpful and helped us set up balloons in the villa, dinner reservations, transportation, and more. The villa itself is stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. I would stay here again and again!
