It is very nice, in good condition, and very cozy. The host is very attentive to making you feel comfortable. By car, it is 10 minutes from the beach, but if you are going without a car, keep in mind that you will spend money on a taxi to go to the beach.

The place is close to the beach, practically less than 10 minutes away, but it's difficult to get to. If you have a car, you need to be careful because you have to park on the street, and the slope is too steep. There was a scorpion and an iguana in the house; I assume it was the iguana that stained the floors and left dirt in the house before we arrived.
