NO LOUD PARTIES OR EVENTS, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan to party hard please rent somewhere else as heavy condominium fines apply and we would have to deduct them from the security deposit.
House maids are mandatory and charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 26) per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market!.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.

We enjoyed our time with family. The house was calm and restful. Paula and her daughter were very kind, friendly, and helpful. She assisted us in choosing a grocery store and buying treats. We traveled with my aunt, who is disabled, and they were very accommodating. I plan to return to spend more quality time with family. Thank you!

The stay was excellent—everything exceeded our expectations and actually looked even better than the photos. The house was amazing, very comfortable, and perfectly clean. A special mention to Paola, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, always ready to help, and cooked delicious meals. Her support truly made the experience even better. We loved the house and the overall experience. I’m sure we will be back in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A very good place to relax and spend a few days with your family. The house is very nice, spacious and has everything you need to have a good time. In addition, it's important to bring enough repellent, since the place has many, many mosquitoes (perhaps normal for the area and the place). Otherwise it's a good place in general

The house is very nice and the condominium is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The very cool pool, as well as the BBQ. The kitchen lady and toilet very kind, she helped us a lot and the food was very rich. In front of the condominium there is a Carulla that makes things easier. Honestly the stay in general very good. Things to improve: The mosquito level was very absurd and made the stay a lot less pleasant, maybe it helps in something fumigating the house from time to time. We didn't look chevere that there would be cameras in the pool area because of a privacy theme. The hosts (TopSpot) could be quieter with the theme of music noise and volume; before we arrive, we worry and then there was no problem. As for the condominium, you have to pay an additional 60 thousand pesos to enter (it could be included in the price of the house) and there are motorcycles that continuously pass through the garden of the house (making their rounds) that interrupt privacy...
