Marks condo was beautiful! Sergio met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us all the details we needed. Sergio was very responsive and helped when needed. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The pool right outside our door was very nice and we enjoyed talking to other residences. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. We also enjoyed all the wildlife playing around and on our decks. We definitely will return. Thank you both for a lovely vacation! Hope to return soon! Sarah & Chris

The house has probably one of the best locations you can find in playa del Carmen. It’s less than 2 minute walk from La Quinta and the beach: you have literally everyone close by but you are in a secluded lushy compound with a lot of tropical gardens which was so quiet and peaceful so you don’t get bothered by the nightlife from playa del Carmen. The place is great to stay with kids as it has an onsite pool and the house has all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable and the airco works really well. The common areas only have fans but that’s fine. In the end; you are in Mexico on vacation probably when you stay here, and hot weather is part of the experience. We loved all the animals walking around the pool area: it just made the experience for our kids so much fun. The ferry to Cozumel and taxi stand are also just 2 minute walk. would love to come back to this place!

Mark's house was a really wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect in that it was one block from town, shops, restaurants, etc. but was very secluded and peaceful. We traveled with 4 adults and two kids and had plenty of room in the house. We had everything we needed there and loved the pool and the access to the beach. We hightly recommend this house! Mark was helpful with restaurant recommendations and Sergio was very helprful and kind with suggestions as well!

This house was just what we needed for our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 young kids, 2 grandparents). One thing to note is that the upstairs loft area with twin beds is pretty open, and not so private to sleep in. Certainly not a terrible option, but the kids found it more comfortable to just share a bed in one of the bedrooms. We adults loved all the outdoor seating areas, the kids loved the pool. I hope they weren’t too loud playing in it, the complex is very quiet and we tried not to disturb the serenity! Location was excellent, just far enough from the hustle and bustle, while still being extremely walkable. Sergio and Mark both were great with communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would happily recommend!

We had some issues at the airport and the arranged transport waited for us to get through it all later at night. Sergio was the contact on site and he was wonderful. We had everything we needed, there are even beach chairs and sand toys available for us to use on the beach. The accommodation was incredible, it was authentic and we felt like we had a great Mexican experience. The condo is clean and we had laundry machines available when we needed them. The pool was great, we got to see wildlife passing through while sitting on the patio. Overall, we had a lovely stay. This location was very convenient for shopping and the beach. Use local apps to have food delivered from grocery stores instead of shopping in store if you can (theft is high, especially at Walmart). Thank you Mark, we had a lovely time!

This is a wonderful place close to the beach (<3 min walk) with a pool. The wrap around porch was beautiful to lounge at. The bedrooms were always cool and comfortable with ac units . There are fans in the shared living spaces which help create a breeze. The kitchen also had everything we needed for cooking. Great pans and utensils. Shopping and good restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our family trip here!! One of the best things this place has was a Sergio. He was so helpful and proactive. We’ve been to PDC before but never had someone be as helpful as he was.

Perfect spot right outside of the hustle and bustle of town. Right near ruins and the beach. Great pool and in a quiet condo community with many owner-occupied units. (Not the place to rent and party hard at.) The house is generously-sized and fit four adults and four children nicely. Two big, beautiful bathtubs. A nicely stocked kitchen. Traditional decor and tile was very charming. Nice side yard with interesting and cute creatures roaming around (though one did make a snack of our flip flop!). Pictures don’t do it justice. Great value.
