Located in La Peña within a subdivision with 24-hour security, Villa Bella offers a privileged view of the lake and a comfortable setting for a relaxing getaway.
The spacious, double-height house features indoor and outdoor areas designed for enjoying time with your loved ones. Amenities include:

- Cozy fireplaces
- Fenced garden suitable for pets
- Board game area
- Outdoor kitchen for barbecues
Each room has a private bathroom and a spectacular lake view, allowing you to enjoy the scenery throughout your stay.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire property, as well as the subdivision’s private dock. Three kayaks are available for your use.
If you prefer, we can help arrange a boat rental for touring the lake and practicing water sports.
The property includes three parking spaces. Additional street parking is available next to the house.
You may use the Jacuzzi area. Heating the Jacuzzi is available for an additional cost of $600 pesos per day.
The barbecue and outdoor kitchen are also available for preparing meals and barbecues.

Service staff will welcome you and can assist throughout your stay.
Basic cleaning is included. Additional cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, and other extra services must be requested in advance and are available for an additional cost.
Our cook can prepare delicious Mexican breakfasts, including:
- Sopes
- Handmade quesadillas with traditional stews
- Chilaquiles
- Other Mexican specialties
For lunch, she can prepare fresh salads, grilled fish, grilled meats, and other dishes of your choice.

Karla is extremely friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have the best possible stay, provides all kinds of recommendations, and knows Valle de Bravo very well. Flexible check-in/check-out is very helpful; it was a huge plus for our trip. The photos don't do the house justice. Lola, the cook, is also spectacular! If I come back to Valle, I'll stay at this house.

The house is everything you need to spend a weekend with friends or family. Karla and her team were very attentive and flexible to our questions and requests, the manual with the house rules included local recommendations and is a plus. They were open to our requests and made us feel at home. There's no doubt I'd come back again.

The house and staff are amazing, 100% attention. Ulises and Asi always arrived on time, the house was always tidy, clean and Ulises even helped us with the luggage. There were 11 of us and 1 dog. We all had an incredible time. The jacuzzi was delicious too and Karla was always super attentive. She answers messages super fast.
