The Space
Villa Ocaso is the largest four-bedroom villa in the area, situated peacefully atop the mountains in Cabo San Lucas with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Located within the secure Montecristo estates in the Quivira resort, this villa stands out as a unique property in the community.
Designed to be your home away from home, the villa offers all the essentials and more to ensure a comfortable stay, whether short or extended. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, and there is an additional powder room on the main floor for guests. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen are fully equipped with everything needed to cook, relax, and feel at ease.
If you are interested in hiring a private chef during your stay, please notify us in advance. We will provide you with a list of authorized chefs, as only those on our approved list are permitted to offer services. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

Your stay includes the support of a personal concierge who can arrange a variety of amenities and activities, such as:

Villa Ocaso shares the same mountain as the Pedregal area and is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from downtown Los Cabos and the Los Cabos Marina. Nearby dining options include Bagatelle, Rosanegra Restaurant, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Medano Beach.
You are also less than ten minutes away from major shopping centers, additional restaurants, hotels, and golf courses such as the Palmilla Golf Course and Diamanté Golf Course.

The place was beautiful and was a perfect fit. The house itself was very nice with every amenity needed. Only complaint was some of the service from the villa estate not the host itself.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and absolutely loved it! Everyone enjoyed having a private bathroom attached to their bedroom, the patio and pool were perfect for hanging out, and our host helped us schedule a chef, yoga, and massages. It was such a fun trip!

Beautiful Villa with amazing views. It was the perfect spot for me and my friends to stay. The floor to ceiling glass windows with the open space to the patio/pool area overlooking the pacific ocean was the highlight of this villa. Plenty of space for everyone. Living room, kitchen and dining room area had plenty of space for our group to hang out. Host and concierge service were very responsive and helped take care of our requests. I will definitely be coming back here for future visits to Cabo. I definitely recommend this villa.

Came here for my friend’s bachelorette trip, it was incredible to say the least.. The house and surroundings are beautiful, rooms are extremely comfortable, host is super responsive and helped us coordinate all of our rides. Will be back!

My friends and I stayed at Lindsay’s Airbnb for my bach and we had the best time! The concierge service was very helpful and stayed in contact with us throughout the entirety of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to others!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa! It was perfect for our bachelorette trip and spacious enough for all the guests. Our concierge Hector was also very helpful and responsive during our entire stay. Definitely planning to come back and stay again!

We had a great time, very well taken care of from before we arrived until the moment we left, the spaces are better than we expected, each room and its beds are super comfortable, the views are incredible to see the sunrise and sunset, the villa had everything you need to enjoy your stay, towels, sunbeds, barbecue, kitchen equipment etc. and most importantly the attention of those who took care of us, which is 5-star hotel quality, thank you we will be back soon!!

This home in Cabo was incredible! The modern design with floor-to-ceiling glass walls created a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, flooding the space with natural light. The infinity pool was breathtaking, offering stunning ocean views—perfect for relaxing or enjoying sunset cocktails. Inside, everything was sleek, clean, and high-end. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the spacious bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway in Cabo, this place is a dream. Can’t wait to return!
