We decided to rent that house because it is advertised as having a heated pool. However, to our surprise, when we arrived at the place, the pool had green water full of debris and had not been maintained. As for everything else, the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were all fine and clean, as shown in the photos. If you're thinking of renting it because of the appeal of the pool, I recommend checking with the host beforehand to see if it will be available for use.

Bernardo’s place was truly wonderful! We really enjoyed our stroll to Greek coffee, and the neighborhood was charming and warm. The house itself was absolutely stunning and so peaceful, making our visit even more special.

I think the red house was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The photos don't do it justice. We all fell in love with the house. It's a 10-minute walk to the center and the market. There are small shops nearby, and the area is very safe. I was surprised how well equipped it is. The beds are very comfortable. In short, a great option for staying. We definitely hope to return.

We loved the stay at the house. The staff was friendly. The location is not bad. The details in the house create a warm atmosphere. It is worth mentioning that the pool does not have a heater. It would be a very good plus if it had one. Our companions were older adults and they had difficulty getting out of the pool. A step or a ladder would help a lot. As for everything else, excellent service from the host. I would definitely come back.

I traveled with my family and this house was the perfect complement to our getaway to San Miguel de Allende. We left the car in the garage and walked everywhere thanks to its excellent location, just 10 minutes from downtown. Bernardo was a great host; his attention made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, Bernardo!

Owner's description of the house says room air-conditioner but it's a small unit thar can't keep up with the hear. The description of the house says heated swimming pool with $30 charge per night. The pool heater consisted of a blue solar plastic in an area filled with shade and thus doesn't heat the pool. We never got to go swimming. If the would get a pool heater and moni splits this would be a great place. The home itself is beautiful and clean. It is in a quiet location and there are plenty of spots to sit and read. Unfortunately I would not go back due to the distance from the centro as there are many more airbnb closer to town.
