I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs and offered recommendations for anything we asked about. The space itself is stunning, truly one of the most serene stays you could have in Tulum, the only thing I wish I knew beforehand was the size of the pool since the photos aren’t super clear but other than that it was a great experience, would recommend 🙌🏼 We also utilized the in-house chef service called Tasty Nomads and I would highly recommend booking with them! The folks that came in to cook and prepare the food were all so kind, were accommodating with customizing what we wanted for each meal, and also cleaned the entire kitchen and extra dishes after making the meals, would book with them again next time I am in Tulum!!

We came to Mexico for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved our stay at Casa nati!! Ulf and Sara were amazing hosts, helped us with local recommendations, bookings and transport throughout our stay. The house was gorgeous and plenty of space and areas for us all to relax and hang out. The Kitchen had the basics we needed. It was a little difficult to get to with the jungle location on the dirt roads which was tricky with our rental car , especially after dark and a little drive away from the places to had booked for dinners etc but overall a great place 👍🏻

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is stunning (ever prettier than the photos) !! It is beautifully designed, very spacious, and tucked away in the jungle, which made it feel so peaceful and private. It was the perfect place to truly relax and unwind and also take some beautiful photos. The hosts were amazing, so kind, welcoming, and communicative from start to finish. They made everything easy and were always quick to help with any questions or recommendations. This is truly one of the most beautiful, relaxing homes in Tulum. We felt comfortable the entire stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We would 100% recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again!

We spent 9 days at Casa Nati with our two children. On arrival the house was impeccable and so beautiful. The place is private and close to everything. Sara and Ulf answered our questions within minutes and were always available to help us. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. Rent it without hesitation, you won't be disappointed. An unforgettable stay.

Casa Nati was totally adequate for our family trip. We liked the jungle location--it was quiet and we didn't mind the rutted dirt roads at all. The only downside was there is incomplete construction and trash in the area making the jungle feel a little less magical. Despite that, we enjoyed the surroundings and the birds! The house was generally as advertised and comfortable for our family. We hung out in the kitchen and living room a lot and the bedrooms were comfortable. the AC stopped working in one of the bedrooms and the hosts were responsive but it wasn't too hot so it was fine. The kitchen is basic, not a chefs kitchen. There is little room in the fridge and very spare kitchenware and dishes. If you're there to snack and eat out, you're good!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house in Tulum! It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, the location is great and we felt comfortable at all times. Special praise to Ulf, our concierge: he always responded within a few minutes and gave us great tips for beach clubs, restaurants and activities. Also Sarah, our host, was always quickly available and very helpful – thank you! A few small points for improvement: Sun loungers were unfortunately missing – only a brick lounger was available. The two beanbags were already moldy at the bottom and not very comfortable. Parasols in the pool area would also have been important to protect yourself from the strong sun. In addition, the pool and terrace could be cleaned a little more regularly, as a lot of leaves fall through the vegetation. The house smells very strongly, which is not exactly great. The access is difficult due to large potholes, but easily doable.

This was the most beautiful villa we ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty and design of the villa. Incredibly comfy beds on top, we felt safe at all times. Swift communication by the host. 5 stars and high recommendation to go ahead and book!
