Everything was great; the house is as described! The access to the house is paved, and you can drive up with a car that is not a 4x4; however, the slopes are steep. The house was clean, and Amanda was very communicative. It's very good for the price.

A spectacular view, a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Juan del Sur but very close.
