New and nice apartment on the 9th floor in the best location in Jaco. The pool area is basically located on the beach. Friendly staff, parking and good security. Incredible view of the beach

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! I travel a lot, and as a flight attendant, I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, comfort, service, and overall quality. I often find myself deciding whether to stay at an Airbnb or book a Hilton because I know the standards I expect. This stay exceeded all of my expectations. The property was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely thoughtful. They even reached out to ask if I needed additional time, which was such a nice touch. I stayed here while celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday with my aunt, and the experience made the occasion even more special. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience were outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. This is the kind of Airbnb that makes you choose Airbnb over a Hilton.

This place and the hosts are great! Pacific point is a new condo that's really nice. Perfect location. Yuri's place was extremely clean. Definitely a place you know you can just relax on vacation and not have to worry about anything. Yuri was also super fast to respond on anything I needed and was very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough

Let me start by saying this is a 5 star plus property. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is definitely in the top 5%. First of all is location - being lliterally on the beach ( 10 steps from it) and central to everything in Jaco. Second is the building and amenties with 24 security, nice pool, work out room, and coffee shop among other things. Third is the unit itself with multiplle 9th floor balcony ocean views, five plus star finish out, plush bedding and towels, beach chairs, and other thoughtful touches. I only had the oppotunity for a short stay but will plan a longer stay on my next visit to the area.
