Villa Tres Lunas is located in a quiet, open-air residential neighborhood surrounded by nature and wildlife. Because sound carries through the jungle and nearby homes also feature outdoor living spaces, the property is not suitable for loud music or gatherings.

The Space

The villa includes three bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning:

• The Luna Suite features a queen-size bed and a garden-view bathroom with a shower.
• The Mariposa Suite includes a queen-size bed and a garden-view bathroom with a shower.
• The Sangrillo Suite offers a king-size bed, a deep soaking bathtub, a separate shower, and views of the pool.

The outdoor kitchen, dining area, and living spaces are designed to keep everyone connected. Spend time in the pool, relax on the comfortable sectional, stream shows on the new 42-inch smart television, or lounge on the deck beneath the Goddess Tree.

Each bedroom also has a private outdoor area where you can:

• Relax in rocking chairs surrounded by nature.
• Enjoy quiet coffee or reading time in a hanging macramé swing for two.
• Lounge beside the pool and soak up the sun.

Explore the grounds and enjoy the wildlife supported by the resident Goddess Tree. You may see a sloth resting high in the branches, toucans and macaws flying overhead, or Blue Morpho butterflies, which local residents consider a blessing.

After sunset, look for fireflies and clear skies filled with stars.

Important Information

Jungle Environment

Villa Tres Lunas is located in an open-air jungle environment. Although every effort is made to keep the property clean and prevent insects from entering the air-conditioned suites, you may occasionally see a bug. Keeping the suite doors closed can help.

The village is growing, so construction may be visible or audible at times. You may also encounter local wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, toucans, and geckos.

Electricity and Air Conditioning

Electricity is a luxury in the jungle, and short outages may occur, particularly during major storms. Please help conserve electricity by turning off the air conditioning when it is not in use or raising the temperature.

Quiet Hours

This property is not suitable for loud gatherings. The hosts occupy a nearby home and value the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m.
• Please remain mindful of noise during the day as well.
• Loud music and gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Please review the smoking policy before booking. A $500 fee applies if there is evidence of smoking or pets in or around the home.

Septic System

Please do not flush personal hygiene products, wipes, or large amounts of toilet paper. This helps protect the septic system and preserve its use for future guests.

Laundry

The laundry room is available to guests and includes a new washer and dryer.

• Rinse sandy items with the outdoor shower before placing them in the machines.
• Do not wash or dry shoes in the machines.
• Use environmentally friendly laundry detergent.

Parking

A large driveway is available for guest use. Please do not park on the grass.
