The Space

HOLT’s newly built casa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large groups visiting San Miguel de Allende for an event. The five bedrooms are distributed across three floors.

The home features spacious living and dining areas, a beautifully maintained interior patio for enjoying morning coffee, a fully equipped kitchen, and professionally designed furnishings throughout. The rooftop terrace is the centerpiece of the home, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of San Miguel.

Although the property is located just a few streets from La Parroquia and the vibrant city center, it is situated on a quiet private street.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the property during their stay.

HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access to the property and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to maintain a high standard of service.

In an emergency involving electricity, gas, flooding, heating, cooling, internet, pests, or any safety concern, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Important Information

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

Guests must submit payment details for either a security deposit or damage waiver. Two coverage options are available:

• A non-refundable damage waiver of $53.50 USD covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear, excluding house rule violations
• A refundable security deposit of $500 USD, held through the guest’s payment method before check-in and released after the stay if no damage is found

Guests may select either option according to their preference.

Rental Agreement and Identification

Before arrival, all guests must:

• Sign a HOLT rental agreement
• Submit identification
• Provide contact details

This information is required to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property details. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued identification document for each guest included in the reservation.

Security Camera

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior, positioned to view the entrance. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

Commercial Bookings

If you are booking the property for commercial purposes, please notify HOLT in advance and provide details about how the property will be used. Terms and pricing may vary.

Pets

This is a pet-friendly property. A sanitation fee of $50 USD per pet applies.

Guests who bring a pet without disclosing it and are identified by the HOLT team will be charged a $500 USD fee.

Drinking Water

Each stay includes one complimentary 20-liter water jug. Refills are available for an additional fee. For long stays, one new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost.

Receipts and Invoices

HOLT does not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and applicable tax regulations, receipts are provided only in the name of the guest who made the Airbnb reservation.

Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies. They can only be issued in the name listed on the booking guest’s platform profile.

Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
