Johanna is a great host. Very attentive when an issue arises. She was available when needed flexibke and proactive. The property is gorgeous and very safe. We enjoyed the place and will recommend this without any fear or favor.

Amazing place to stay in Jaco. Walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Johanna was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again when back in Jaco.

WOW! Amazing place, exactly as described and shown in the picture. Very beautiful penthouse, large and clean. Loved the place a LOT! We spent a week, and we loved and enjoyed the time in Jaco and the house. The host Johanna was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!

This penthouse is huge. It’s beautiful. Great humongous pool. We were a group of nine-6 adults and 3 kids and we each had our own bed (2kids shared a bed). Three bathrooms with showers and one a powder room. In the spacious living room you have a pool table that transforms into a ping pong table and transforms into a big dinning room table. You also have a huge counter with ten stools around it. Easy walkable access to the Main Street-note you are at one end of the main street which we preferred. You have a little shopping area with atm and restaurants and a nice liquor store. Easy access to the beach. Easy communication with Joanna. Safe and cleaned gated community.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Super easy check-in, great communication from the host, and a perfect location. Would definitely book again—highly recommend!
