A maid service is provided every other day during your stay. The property manager will personally welcome you, assist with check-in, introduce you to the area, and offer ongoing concierge support as needed.
Location
The property is situated in the best possible location within the nicest building in the area. It is just a short walk to several bars and restaurants in Playa Langosta and about a 10 to 15-minute walk—or a 2-minute drive—into Tamarindo Town.
Nearby amenities include multiple grocery stores of various sizes. Grocery delivery to the home can be arranged prior to your arrival.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property. Tamarindo is approximately one hour from Liberia Airport. Shuttle services and car rentals can be arranged through us at special rates.
Within Tamarindo, informal taxi services are available, or you can rent an ATV to explore nearby beaches located about 30 minutes away.

I struggled giving the full review only 4 stars. The place is wonderful. But we were sent the wrong entry code to get in to the unit and the beach. Turns out they were in an email, but when I looked on the app, they were incorrect. Took awhile for the guard to get the code for us and we were never contacted about the incorrect information after I sent a message. Even though it was a bad start we will definitely be back! The unit is perfect for friends and family. It was very clean and organized. It doesn’t get much better than morning coffee with a beach view and monkeys.

What a wonderful place to spend the week. The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view and location was unbeatable. The security guards were so kind and helpful. Would absolutely considering booking another vacation at this apartment!

Pros: Fantastic views!! Stunning sunset views every night & great hangout space on the balcony. We saw more wildlife there than on the rest of our trip (monkeys, iguanas, coatis, etc)! Concierge service responded quickly & were very helpful. Origins restaurant is a 2 min walk & is FANTASTIC!! Cons: The listing represents itself as a 5 star experience. While we enjoyed our stay, I would not call it 5 stars. Here are a few issues we had: Couches/bedding are stained. Some walls are noticeably dirty. Extreme cleaning chemical smell when we arrived - took a day to wear off. Listing says maid comes every other day, but instructions say they come the 3rd or 4th day IF you stay over 5 days. We had one cleaning service for 6 nights. Instructions say you need to grocery shop for toilet paper & paper towels when they run out. They restocked toilet paper without hesitation when we ran out, so a bit confusing. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but needs improvement to be 5 stars.

The place was great - large enough for our family! Off the beaten path a bit, which was perfect for us, but close enough to town to enjoy the activities, beach and restaurants.
