Beautiful new house ready to be used by you ! It will only take you 5 min walk to get to Cocles beach known for surfing. There are 3 Supermarkets to choose from in also a 5min away walk and a very convenient drugstore. Surrouded by restaurants from the traditional Costarrican Caribbean cuisine, Spain and more. It will only take you 4min by car to be in the center, so close to all you need ! The space The house has 3 great rooms of 32 m2 each. For each room there will be 2 full beds, 2 single beds with their own sheets and 1 private bathroom with hot shower in each one. The rooms have cable tv, wifi, a/c, closet and the stay come with towels. In this place the kitchen comes separate from the bedrooms, in an open kitchen concept. The kitchen is full equipt and it has fridge, microwave and coffe maker. The house is surrounded by plants all around so is more private and perfect for relaxation. The green area consist in 2100 m2 full of trees like lemon, oranges, local fruits and such. Because nature is all around is also an amazing oppotunity to watch tucans, birds, monkeys, sloths, guatusa, etc. Guest access The neigborhood is a private property, very secure, the road has a dead end. Has 5 spaces for parking, the property is open and i own by a big family. The owner itself is near by in case anything is needed. Is ideal for Family with kids looking for a nice place to rest or enjoy a good time with friends aswell. Other things to note This accommodation only shares the parking lot with another Airbnb, which is located on the back side of the same property. This accommodation has a third bedroom, with 2 single beds and a double bed. It also has a full bathroom in the same room and air conditioning.

Loved the space and outdoor ranch. Pool was very nice. Close to everything we wanted and stores in walking distance. Very private. Great host!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, fácil de encontrar y muy tranquilo. Se pueden escuchar los sonidos de los animales al amanecer y al atardecer. La piscina es un plus. Jeanna es una buena persona y resuelve rápido los problemas que puedas tener. Asesora y aconseja sitios en los que comer y rutas para ver sitios chulos. Gracias por todo Jeanna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The layout was perfect and worked wonderfully for our family gathering of nine. Playa Cocles is within walking distance, with great restaurants nearby. We also loved being able to walk to the market each morning for fresh bread. The location and host were both fantastic — we would definitely come back!

Casa Tia Zeidy was the perfect place to stay for our family’s two week vacation. We were able to spend the majority of our time outside in comfort while even seeing sloths, toucans, lizards, and many other wildlife in the yard! Jeanna was an amazing host! I highly recommend her place. We cooked a lot at home and spent many hours at playa Cocles just down the road. It is convenient to all outings in the area and Jeanna is always nearby if something is needed. Definitely one of our best Airbnb stays!

Super Loacation wie haben gleich am ersten Tag Tucans, Brüllaffen und Frösche gesehen. Die Lage war super, ruhig aber doch Nahe man konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten war Jeanna sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Aussenküche und der Wohnbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung für Reisen mit Freunden oder Familie ist perfekt. Wir waren miten in der Natur und trozdem nicht Abgeschieden. 100 % weiterempfehlung
