The Space
Villa Casa de las Olas' overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the most exclusive bay of Huatulco. The villa features ocean-view rooms for up to 12 guests, along with several terraces and patios furnished for relaxing beside the ocean or pool.
The property is a five-bedroom villa with spacious lounge areas and access to a semi-private pool. The pool is shared with another villa but is rarely occupied.
A large, fully equipped kitchen provides space for dining and preparing drinks at the poolside bar. The villa is approximately a five-minute drive from beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Pool and Guest Access
The villa has access to an infinity pool approximately 25 meters from the ocean. The pool is shared with one neighboring villa, which is privately owned and not rented out, so it is rarely occupied.

Occupancy and Pricing
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Pricing begins at the rate for two guests and increases according to the number of guests included in the reservation, allowing for fair pricing for both small and large groups.
If the number of guests changes after the booking is made, the price will be adjusted accordingly. This applies to changes involving between two and 12 guests.
Groups of more than 12 guests must request an exception from the host before the check-in date. An additional rate may be negotiated but is not guaranteed.

It's worth every $ you pay. It's extremely clean. They do the daily cleaning. The staff is very friendly. There's a spectacular view of the ocean, and the house is also super centrally located and has security, since it's in a private area. I loved it 💕

The stay was fantastic. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and has numerous cozy corners and seating areas with beautiful views. The rooms are very nice, and you feel very comfortable. Great pool; we used it a lot. The cooking service suggested by Avi and the massages that could be booked were also great. Avi was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responded quickly, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you for a great stay 😊

This house is a great option for vacationing, with nice decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the master bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool area is perfect for unwinding. However, it is important to mention that the house has several levels and stairs, which can be a challenge for some people who have a disability or for older adults with mobility difficulties. Important tip, always use repellent as there are mosquitoes everywhere. Cleaning staff, all of which is greatly appreciated.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! What a great location with amazing views. The staff was great and we had a chef come one of the days to prepare a special meal for us. Javiel was very receptive and the local host was great.

This is a gorgeous home with lovely staff who keep it clean throughout the entirety of your stay. The two main bedrooms have breathtaking views, and the entertainment space is next level amazing. Remember to keep all of your food locked up as we had a "friend" AKA our Mexican racoon, who liked to come into the kitchen at night. The house is open air on the backside so all food needs to be contained! I would go back to this house in a heartbeat. Great location in the heart of it all. Nobody rents the place attached (with a shared pool) so the house is all yours as is the infinity pool. Bring sunscreen and cool clothes it is HOT HOT HOT!

We had an amazing stay at this place. The pictures don't do the place justice and we actually ended up staying for longer. the maid Carmen is a total gem, keeping the house spotless and tidy. We loved the open design of the living room, the long pool and all beautiful bedrooms. also worth to mention: the kitchen has everything you would want for a nice, home cooked meal. I've already been discussing coming back and can't wait to enjoy that endless ocean view again!

A beautiful place with an incredible coastline, we spent a few beautiful days at this property, their recommendations were great for food at home and transportation, the rooms are super comfortable and the view is unforgettable
