The Space

The villa is comfortably arranged for 11 guests across three exceptional master bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. A fourth auxiliary room is available upon request and increases the capacity to 17 guests. This room includes:

The main palapa houses the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. A second palapa provides a more casual setting for dining and barbecuing.

Housekeeping and Cleaning Fees
The cleaning fee and housekeeper service fee are separate.
The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers preparing the house before arrival and cleaning it after departure. Housekeeper services during the stay are paid directly to the housekeepers before checkout.
- Housekeeper fee: 100,000 Colombian pesos (US$25) per day
- One housekeeper is provided for groups of fewer than 7 guests
- Two housekeepers are provided for groups of 7 or more guests
The housekeepers can assist with cleaning and cooking during your stay.

We had such a great time at the house! It's just like the photos. It feels like a Mexican resort with a spectacular view. Our group didn't want to leave the pool. Everything is very well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The ladies and Jose were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A very special place. I hope we can go back!

The house is just like the photos; the service staff were very helpful at all times. Getting to the property by car is a bit tricky, but nothing that couldn't be solved. Álvaro, the host, was always very helpful in any situation.

We loved our stay here!! It was beautiful and relaxing! Delry and Marcela, the two ladies who helped us with cooking and cleaning, were incredible. Great cooks, super nice, lovely people. They helped arrange delivery of groceries and took care of everything we needed. Jose was also a joy, kind and attentive to us! I had not realized from the description that all spaces were open to elements in some way (bedrooms had doors but windows had slats for air circulation). I’m glad I didn’t realize because that might have made me change my mind about staying there but it was not an issue - weather was perfect, fans in the room were sufficient and everyone was comfortable the whole time!! (Plus the bunk room has AC if needed!)

I went to spend a couple of days with a group of friends and we had a very good stay. The house is large, clean and very nice, with a really nice view of the mountains. We would like to suggest that it be clarified in the description that the jacuzzi does not heat the water and that only the jets work. We think this would help avoid confusion for future guests. The two employees and the man who takes care of the house were very kind to us at all times, which made the experience even more pleasant. As suggestions for improvement, it would be ideal to have the possibility of checking out a little later. In addition, the entrance by car could be improved, since there is a slope in the access that makes the vehicle tilt to one side when passing. Maybe leveling it a little would make it easier to get in, especially for low cars. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend it.
