Important Notes

• Casa Jade is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. While there is no staff on-site 24/7, a doorman is always present in the lobby. Any issues will be addressed promptly.
• Renting a 4x4 vehicle (or a 4x2 SUV during the dry season) or an ATV is essential for reaching Casa Jade. Half of the road to the complex is paved; the remainder is unpaved.
• The complex is located in the jungle, so encountering insects on the terrace or inside the house (if windows are open) is possible. It is important to turn off lights when the house is unoccupied to minimize insect presence. No dangerous animals or insects can enter the property.
