Overview

Enjoy a comfortable stay in a private home within an exclusive, 24-hour-secured subdivision. Children and teenagers can enjoy the house’s many amenities while you relax in Cuernavaca’s pleasant climate. The property is just minutes from some of Cuerna’s most renowned gardens and event venues.

The Space

Amenities Outside the House

• Tennis court at the subdivision’s clubhouse, available for an additional fee and with advance booking.
• Bicycles for exploring the subdivision.
• Walking and running routes surrounded by large trees and birdsong.
• Shaded areas where you can stop and rest.

Children must always be supervised by an adult because vehicles pass through the subdivision.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each bedroom is designed for relaxation and includes a full bathroom with premium finishes. The rooms are exceptionally clean and include:

• Body towels for all guests.

• Toilet paper.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The air-conditioned dining room and kitchen are equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including:

The stove does not have an oven. However, we can help you order prepared food if you let us know in advance.

• Outdoor gas heater: $300 for a 9-kilogram gas tank; request it in advance.
• Uber service for food and other cravings.
• Motorcycle delivery service from the nearest convenience store for forgotten items.

Nearby Shopping and Dining

• A supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away. Search for “Walmart Jiutepec” in maps.
• An Oxxo convenience store is approximately 2 minutes from the subdivision. Search for “Oxxo las Fincas” in maps.
• A small local shop is available within the subdivision and can be reached on foot.
• On weekends, we recommend visiting the nearby town square, approximately 5 minutes away, for barbecue, cecina, carnitas, quesadillas, pancita, and other local specialties. The area also has games for children. Search for “Parque José Parres” in maps.

The main terrace and various areas throughout the house offer attractive spots for photos and memorable souvenirs, including the new “Cuerna Mi Amor” area.
