The condo really exceeded expectations! It was super clean and the view was amazing. Maria was a great host. My only concern about recommending this condo is the walk to the beach and town. If anyone in your group has mobility issues I would be worried. To get to the beach you need to cross a busy road that the locals drive way faster than the posted speed limit on. You can't really see the traffic coming until the cars are maybe 20 yards away in each direction. I'm picturing an older person or a family loaded down with beach gear and small children crossing this road. The walk back is also up a steep hill the whole way. I'd hope everyone is in good shape. This place is great I just want to bring this everyone's attention. I would suggest driving to town then going to the beach if mobility is an issue. Don't forget to book a dolphin cruise and the turtle tour through Maria! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent accommodation, the place is the same as the photos. We went in low season, so we were practically alone in the condominium. Maria and Theo (their son) are great hosts. We had not been to Sámara for several years and we will definitely be back soon and it will be if it is available in this accommodation. The view from the living room is breathtaking, also from the pool. Howler monkeys come to the tree in front of the pool, and that, combined with the ocean view, make the experience unparalleled. Playa Sámara is beautiful and very close (5 minutes by car) is Playa Carrillo, which is a dream (our favorite in that area). Sámara has many places to eat well, but our favorites were Masala (Indian food) and Ahora Si (Italian food). In the latter, they do everything related to pasta manually, simply delicious. There are always guards watching the condominium, they are super friendly. We highly recommend this place, you will enjoy it very much

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !

Beautiful ocean views and close to town. Easy to get in and out once we got the right codes. Neighbors could be a little noisy at times.

This is great and beautiful place to live! Heated pool is clean with nice view! Location is convenient to beach and town! Host Maria is very responsive with clear instructions! Her recommendation of local stores and restaurants are also super helpful!

It is in a great location (just outside of town) and very quiet/tranquil. View is hard to beat. Maria was very helpful & responsive and the security guards were helpful.

Very nice and clean flat with a great view of the ocean and near beaches and restaurants. Maria was very reactive and available if needed. the size of the flat is perfect for a family of four. the kitchen has all you need to cook. washing and drying machines are very useful.

Great pool and view. Close to walking all stores and food / easy beach access so you don’t have to leave your car parked on the street. Security worker was wonderful
