What a great place! Oscar Jose’s condo is clean and well-appointed. We made extensive use of the beautiful pool and hot tub on the rooftop. The condo is a very short walk away from a bunch of terrific restaurants. There is also a 24-hour 7-11 nearby. The staff at the Riva was very nice. In short, I could not recommend this place more highly!

Puerto Cancun is the place to be and staying in the RIVA condominiums is the best option for any traveler.

The apartment, space, building, accommodations, amenities, etc were all very wonderful! Rooftop pool & jacuzzi were great in the evening. The location was sorta bland = not very exciting area of Cancun. The kitchen is nice, but obviously set up for folks who don't do much cooking. Wouldn't recommend for a lengthy stay, but absolutely worth a night or two!

Es un lugar demasiado increíble para hospedarse, la plaza está enfrente y por las noches es muy tranquilo. En temas de seguridad está sumamente protegido y créeme que no encontrarás algo similar.

Very clean & pretty apartment in a safe area. There is a mall across the street with tons of stores & restaurants as well as a 7-11 nearby with all the basic necessities you would need. It’s about a 10 min drive to the main area in Cancun with all the popular clubs and restaurants. This neighborhood was extremely nice & peaceful. The beach is close by as well. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. Great apartment in a fantastic location close to bars, restaurants, beach and shops. Very secure. Would recommend. Shirt taxi ride to Cancun’s Forum beach.

I stayed here over the weekend and felt right at home. The condo staff went above in beyond with security measures which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony is everything! Definitely appreciated that he had the kitchen fully stocked as well as providing a separate tank of purified water. Not to mention the spacious layout with plenty of bathrooms. As for location it was accessible with the puerto Cancun (think mall vibes meets marina) having everything from food to clothes and entertainment and just a short walk from condos. The beach club was also beautiful and you get access from the condo neighborhood. The rooftop pool was so nice and having the bar available for any drink request was so convenient. Overall a very relaxing experience 10/10 would definitely book here again
