- Use of the sauna and Turkish bath is scheduled separately:
- Groups of up to 12 people may use each service for a maximum of one hour per day.
- Groups of more than 12 people may use each service for a maximum of two hours per day.
- The Turkish bath is available until 7:00 p.m.

The house has plenty to do, and there's a supermarket nearby. The house staff are very helpful. I would come back for a longer stay to enjoy everything the house has to offer.

We had an amazing time. The place was very nice, comfortable, and very large. We felt right at home. We enjoyed ourselves and rested as a family. The host was very attentive at all times, and the people who helped us at the house were great, very friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended.

The house is just like the photos, spacious and with lots of areas for different activities. We went with the whole family, about 20 people, and we were very comfortable and entertained with everything the property has to offer. Mr. Orlando's service was exceptional and communication with Diana was clear. Communication is important to clarify some aspects about the conditions and house rules, but everything was very clear and sincere. It really is an estate that is a pleasure to be on, and as I mentioned, there were almost 20 of us, including adults, grandparents, children, and babies, and it was a good place for everyone. Recommended!

The place has everything described in the listing. Our family of 16, of different ages, all found something different to do that suited our tastes. The area is very quiet, and the rooms are very comfortable and well-lit. They were always willing to help us, and the ladies who assisted us at the house were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely come back.

The place was great, certain things are somewhat outdated but fits the finca vibes. Ms. Flor and Mr Orlando where very helpful and attentive. we have no complaints at all other than some appliances need to be updated. the stove and the fridge. Honestly we made it work. Blanca the owner was very attentive as well and responsive. The only thing I would recommend is making sure that they update the stove to fit the big groups they host and a newer fridge. when hosting 10,15,20 in there case they can host up to 27 people... a bigger and stronger fridge will keep things cold and will prevent leakage. I really enjoyed my time here. there is a small plaza less than a 5 minute walk away. my family loved it. I definitely recommend it.

The property complies with everything indicated in the description. Sauna, Turkish bath, pool, pool table and all the games are fully functional and very well maintained. We had a very quiet and enjoyable stay. Many thanks to Flor, Dora and Orlando who supported us in the house with the kitchen, cleaning, security and accommodation, they were very dear people and always willing to help us.

The place is nice and quiet, ideal for sharing as a family. The attention of Mrs. Flor and Mr. Orlando was very warm, it has beautiful areas. However, some rooms have basic furniture for the price paid. It has a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, but the schedules were not informed: you can only use one area per day, 50 minutes, and not after 5:00 pm, which was frustrating. On the day of arrival they sent us a contract with additional conditions, without detailing the restrictions of the wet areas. There are surveillance cameras, but it was not reported that there is one in the studio, a private area. Communication with the host was slow. We were charged $30,000 for breaking a well and a glass, which we consider excessive. The property has a capacity for 23 people; 10 of us stayed and then 2 more relatives arrived, who were notified, but no additional cost was reported. In the end there was no charge, but negotiating with Mrs. Blanca was uncomfortable, she should be more attentive.

Mr. Orlando and Mrs. Flor are very friendly people, they were attentive, accommodating and always willing to collaborate. The place is beautiful, quiet, the whole house in general is super well equipped. There is no way to get bored in this place, there are many things to do, the rooms are excellent, the game room, the kitchen, the pool, the jacuzzi, everything is excellent. The group is very happy with all the service and facilities 10/10. Thank you very much

La Estancia is a beautiful home with stunning views and spacious social areas—just like the photos. Diana was reasonably responsive, and the directions were easy to follow. Connectivity was limited, but that actually made it a nice place to disconnect and unwind. The BBQ area was a great highlight. The only downside was the requirement to sign a separate contract and put down a deposit, which made the experience feel less seamless than a typical Airbnb stay.
