Our garden-view room at Casa dos Rocas is a calm and cozy retreat for two guests – perfect for relaxing after a surf session or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. You’ll have your own air-conditioned room with a double bed and storage. The view from your window opens into the garden, filled with shade and birdsong. You’ll have access to the pool with ocean view, hammocks for lounging, a beachfront terrace with a BBQ area, yoga mats, a firepit on the sand, and a fully equipped shared kitchen (including filtered drinking water, stove, and oven). The shared living room connects to the terrace – the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunset. Casa dos Rocas is located directly on Playa Hermosa, in the León region of Nicaragua – a hidden gem for anyone seeking peace, nature and uncrowded beaches. Situated between the well-known surf spots El Transito, Miramar & Puerto Sandino, this beach offers empty waves on 2 different breaks, long stretches of sand, and stunning sunsets. It's remote and quiet – ideal for unplugging or focusing on surfing. Despite its seclusion, local markets and restaurants in the neighboring towns are only a short 10-15 minute drive away. Guest access You’ll have your own private bedroom with A/C, and shared access to the pool, terrace, kitchen, living room, BBQ, firepit, and garden – shared with two other guest rooms and us, your hosts.
