Nosara Blue: Casa Potrero

Location

Nosara Blue is situated in the heart of Playa Pelada, just a short walk from the beach. Here, you can spend your days surfing, sunbathing, and relaxing on the soft sand. The area offers numerous shops where you can purchase groceries to prepare meals at home and enjoy a barbecue with a refreshing drink. Alternatively, you can explore the local restaurants for an evening out with dining and entertainment options.

The Space

Our property is located on the main strip between Hotel El Ramal and El Chivo, making it an ideal spot for families with children or groups of friends seeking a getaway. The estate features two separate homes, which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups such as family reunions, holiday gatherings, vacations with friends, or corporate team-building events.

Each home has a two-story design showcasing elegant teak ceilings, LED recessed lighting, polished cement floors and walls, granite countertops, and access to a mosaic-tiled swimming pool with a waterfall. The pool is shared between the two residences.

Additional Information

• There are five dogs residing on the property. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, this location may not be suitable for you.
• Nearby construction is currently in progress.
• Power outages are common throughout Costa Rica and may result in temporary interruptions of electricity, Wi-Fi, or water (including hot water). If reliable internet is critical, we recommend purchasing a Solis international hotspot.
