Location
Nosara Blue is situated in the heart of Playa Pelada, just a short walk from the beach. Here, you can spend your days surfing, sunbathing, and relaxing on the soft sand. The area offers numerous shops where you can purchase groceries to prepare meals at home and enjoy a barbecue with a refreshing drink. Alternatively, you can explore the local restaurants for an evening out with dining and entertainment options.
The Space
Our property is located on the main strip between Hotel El Ramal and El Chivo, making it an ideal spot for families with children or groups of friends seeking a getaway. The estate features two separate homes, which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups such as family reunions, holiday gatherings, vacations with friends, or corporate team-building events.
Each home has a two-story design showcasing elegant teak ceilings, LED recessed lighting, polished cement floors and walls, granite countertops, and access to a mosaic-tiled swimming pool with a waterfall. The pool is shared between the two residences.

Additional Information
- There are five dogs residing on the property. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, this location may not be suitable for you.
- Nearby construction is currently in progress.
- Power outages are common throughout Costa Rica and may result in temporary interruptions of electricity, Wi-Fi, or water (including hot water). If reliable internet is critical, we recommend purchasing a Solis international hotspot.

The place is spectacular. We found the house to be comfortable, easily accessible, clean, and in a great location. Beach and restaurant spot. The service from Alfredo and Don Pedro was proactive. They were always attentive and super friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much. A fantastic place to spend time with friends and family.

The staff and host were fabulous, friendly, and available. It's an easy walk to the beach. It's quite a touristy feeling, but beautiful beach where you enter at Playa Pelada and easy walk to Playa Guiones. Cafe's and shops easily accessible. A/C was great.

Everything was great. The service provided by the hosts, Pedro and Yessenia, was very good; they are very friendly and attentive people. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed a few nights and we couldn’t have hoped for a better place. Super close walk to Playa Pelada and coffee shops/restaurants, which was great. We had a car and rented a ATV so we could explore the area (Guiones, Garza etc) and visit different beaches and restaurants. Alfredo was super responsive and friendly and gave us the best tips about the area. The lady and gentleman keeping the house and areas were the best (so sorry I don’t have their names)! Overall a perfect stay and I hope we will be back. Pura Vida!

Our family enjoyed our stay here, the place was nice and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was nice for what we were looking for, the cafe and restaurant right next door were great! The kids favorite part was the dogs on site, very friendly pups! We would stay again!

Our stay at Nosara Blue was wonderful, even with the problems initially with the incorrect number of beds. Once the owner knew of the situation, he was quick to offer to assist, but by then one of the couples had already paid for hotel. Alfredo, the owner, was so helpful and fun to visit with. The yoga shala and all the classes were such an added daily bonus. Loved the communal acupuncture session. Having only two couples stay in the home was perfect. The location is great. Close to delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches, surf and fun shopping. We loved having the dogs around too.
