The Space
Just a few minutes’ drive from the coastal highway and nestled within the tropical rainforest, Casa Eleganza overlooks the tranquil beaches of Dominicalito, Costa Rica. Upon entering through the estate’s gates, you are welcomed by swaying palm trees and beautifully maintained landscaping that lead to a covered parking area and the walkway to the villa.
This vacation home offers sweeping 180-degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and showcases elegant colonial-style architecture and decor. The living area spans over 4,300 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
A mosaic-tiled walkway and a flowing water fountain greet visitors upon arrival. Inside, the foyer features antique-style wrought iron chandeliers, arched ceilings and doorways, ceramic tile flooring, and exotic local wood paneling that enhances the villa’s charm.
Casa Eleganza provides a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat after a day of outdoor adventures. The spacious living room is furnished with oversized sofas, love seats, and tables, allowing guests to relax, watch TV, or read while enjoying the expansive ocean views. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
The formal dining area aligns with the living room, creating a sense of togetherness without feeling cramped. The dining table seats eight and offers garden views on one side and breathtaking ocean vistas on the other.
Adjacent to the dining area is a handcrafted wooden bar with three comfortable stools and more ocean views, perfect for unwinding with a glass of chardonnay after a day in the Costa Rican sun. For a special dining experience, guests can hire a private chef and bartender to prepare traditional meals while watching the sunset.
The modern kitchen features the latest appliances, a granite countertop island with a built-in stovetop, and soaring 24-foot ceilings with large windows that fill the space with natural light.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a freestanding claw-foot bathtub, spacious closets, and a large bathroom with his and hers vanities. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer a king-size bed with a sofa sleeper in one, and a queen-size bed in the other; both rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, and beautiful views. The fourth bedroom contains two twin beds.

Casa eleganza was absolutely gorgeous. It was private and stunning. Our hosts helped us figure out everything from restaurants to private chef to grocery stores. They were so responsive- usually within 10 minutes. We saw toucans from the pool daily. It had everything we needed and more!

The house was awesome. The view and location was perfect, the house looked like a castle from the inside and out. The kitchen was fully equipped, it was really fun to cook there. Ds house was equipped with air conditioners everywhere and the pool was also a very pleasant cooling. The sunsets from the terrace were a dream come true. The beach is about 3 minutes by car. The area is perfect for a holiday.

I would recommend this property for those looking to stay in the Dominical area! It is a little drive from the main downtown area but we never once had an issue with that. It’s close to activities, great restaurants, and awesome nature adventures. The sunsets are fantastic! The property is beautiful, well stocked, and perfect for a medium to large group. The pool was a wonderful treat after a full day of hiking/exploring the best the Costa Rica has to offer! The wifi did go out one of the days we were there but someone did come out and fix the issues within a timely manner. There is a little bit of some road noise due to the construction of homes in the community but it never really bothered us. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

everything about the home was great but we had 7 people who like to cook and their was not a toaster and that made it hard to make nice breakfasts while their we ask about a toaster and did not get one till the last 2 days of a 2 week vacation also the master bedroom tv did not work at all and we told jousch about it the first day he said it just needed some sort of stick to make it work and he said he would get it operational but he never did get it to work

The house is 5 star, just needs better communication from te host and a bit more care, otherwise the house is wonderful, it look like the pictures and the area it is nice, it is spotless and have all you need, here are some small supermarkets around to get the basics, if you need a long stay you can go around 30 min drive to a big super market The best feature of the house is the sunset Amazing views
