The Space
The house has four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom:
- The master bedroom is an open loft upstairs overlooking the social area and features a king-size bed.
- One ground-floor bedroom has two double beds.
- Two additional bedrooms are located at the back of the house, with one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both have double beds and a small desk.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room share one open area, allowing everyone to spend time together.
The comfortable garden includes a terrace with:
- Dining space for up to 10 people
- Barbecue grill
- Kitchen utensils for outdoor dining
Extra towels and blankets are provided for cooler days.
Guest Access
The house is private and available exclusively to guests who rent the entire property.
It is located within a gated private community with security.
Two cars can be parked in front of the house. Additional parking can be arranged inside the private community if needed.
Additional Information
Check-in and check-out times are flexible when availability allows. If there is no previous reservation, early check-in may be possible. Likewise, late check-out may be available when there is no subsequent reservation.
For consecutive reservations:
- Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
The pool is heated at no additional cost, and the water will be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival.
Dogs are welcome, provided guests take care of the property and respect the shared environment.

Exceeded my expectations The house is better than in the pictures, very well laid out, clean and pleasant. The pool temperature is delightful for children and adults alike. One of the best things is to enjoy the pool while watching the TV in the living room or listening to the sound system in the garden. The house's lighting at night makes the stay more cozy. And a big plus was the hosts' service, as they were attentive the whole time and are pet-friendly. Simply. Ten out of ten.

Everything was super good. The house is just as seen in the photos and has very nice decor. One of the rooms is open concept and the others are traditional. The heated pool is a big plus, and there are speakers in the patio that you can connect to. The kitchen is super well equipped, and there are also utensils for the barbecue. It's in a quiet private area and the staff is very friendly. In addition, there is an OXXO and several places to eat nearby.

The house is very nice. I loved every part of the house. The green area was very well maintained, the pool was very clean, and the heating was the best. The kids enjoyed it all day. The room is very spacious, the dining room is amazing, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very well maintained. They deliver it impeccably and clean. Great place. Very clean. The pool is heated, each room has its own fan and full bathroom, and the air conditioning is sufficient to keep the house cool. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The outdoor sound system is a big plus. Victor was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended :))

Everything was wonderful, and the people who take care of the development are also wonderful. I only got the season with lots of flies and ants. A fumigation wouldn't be bad, but apart from that, everything was wonderful
