The space The house is incredibly private, cozy, and welcoming, featuring spacious rooms with six queen beds and three full baths. There’s also a sizable Palapa. At night, you can enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean waves and gaze up at the breathtaking sky and its twinkling stars. In the morning, you’ll be serenaded by the melodious songs of the birds. The maximum occupancy is 35 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated upon request.
Guest access Guess have access to the entire house. At your arrival, you will be greeted in person by our wonderful personnel at anytime you decide to arrive.

Efrain and Saul are very kind... they make you feel comfortable... we had a mishap with an air conditioner that made it impossible to use a room, we know it was something out of their hands. The house is beautiful.

The owner is always very kind, his assistant Saul is attentive and kind. The house is nice and clean in general, it needs to be fumigated, the pool needs more cleaning maintenance and the general cleanliness of the kitchen needs to be monitored. The curtains smell like dirt, and a lot of light comes in as it looks outside (no privacy for nearby houses) The location is far from the beach, you have to go by car. There is no boiler, the water comes out cold or lukewarm. The filling of the gas tank was scheduled during our stay and people had to enter in our absence, running the risk of running out of gas (that's what the host said). Overall, good but not for the price.

Efrain is an over the top host! This guy does it all, from making you feel extremely comfortable to over the top accommodating with whatever you need. Efrain was immensely helpful and on top of things. I will definitely rent again in the future. A+++ host!!

the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .
