1. Large parties are prohibited on the premises. The policy is intended to preserve the peace and comfort of neighbors and the surrounding community.
2. Excessive noise and loud music are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
3. The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment is 8, including registered guests and visitors.
4. Every guest entering the apartment must present a physical government-issued identification document to the security guard. Guests without physical identification will not be permitted to enter.
5. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.

Guests and Visitors

• Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including guests and visitors.
• A maximum of 5 visitors may be present at the same time.
• With 5 registered guests, up to 3 additional visitors are permitted.
• With 4 registered guests, up to 4 additional visitors are permitted.
• With 3 registered guests, up to 4 additional visitors are permitted.
• With 2 or fewer registered guests, up to 5 additional visitors are permitted.
• All visitors must be registered with the security guards and provide valid government-issued identification.
• Overnight visitors must be registered with the host as additional guests.
• Excessive noise or disruption that affects the building’s quiet enjoyment is not permitted.
