The Space
Welcome to Downtown Villa, a unique property located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. This roomy retreat features four luxury suites, a rooftop lounge, and private terraces, making it ideal for families or large groups of up to 22 guests. Situated just steps from the beach and 5th Avenue, you can experience the vibrant energy of Playa right outside your doorstep.
Designed by Legorreta + Legorreta, this three-story villa accommodates up to 22 guests (the base rate includes 10 guests; additional guests incur a fee). Each of the four spacious suites offers an ensuite bathroom, television, and private terrace.
The rooftop area boasts ocean views, a 12 ft by 12 ft plunge pool, daybeds, a bar, and a barbecue. Inside, you can gather in the lounge, kitchen, dining areas, and patios.
Services such as a private chef, pre-stocking, and daily cleaning are available. Early check-in can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Guest Access and Services
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the rooftop with its plunge pool, daybeds, bar, and ocean views.

The concierge team is available to assist with transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations. Complimentary bag storage is provided for early arrivals or late departures.

We stayed here as a group of 14 women for my bachelorette party and it was an amazing stay. From the incredible concierge service, to the perfect location. Anything we could want was literally steps away. We had an amazing time.

100% the best hosts and accommodation I have ever stayed with. The villa itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The living area downstairs was very spacious, perfect place to chill if it gets too hot outside! All the rooms had en suites which were beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were stunned at how nice the entire villa was. The hosts were the most accommodating people ever, giving us constant information about day trips, activities, restaurant recommendations and more. It is in the most perfect location just a 30 second walk from the beach and 5th avenue where all the bars and restaurants are located. The security guard Carlos was brilliant and assisted us with anything we needed. I could not recommend this place enough for anyone looking to stay in Playa Del Carmen. 10/10 experience and will definitely be staying with these hosts if I ever return to Playa Del Carmen.

The house is located in the center of town and in the middle of all the fun. You are just steps away from any bar, restaurant and shopping. The house is clean, well appointed with large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We used the rooftop and pool quite a bit as well as the BBQ grill. The host was very responsive and always got back to us within minutes. Overall, great house, good times! Highly recommended!

We had a great trip staying here!! The roof was a wonderful place for everyone to hangout anytime of day. The noise at night is a little loud but with the AC on and earplugs they provide you can still sleep soundly. The location was near everything we needed— restaurants, beach, shopping, grocery stores. Clean place with great communication.

It was a good experience to stay here in Playa Del Carmen, very convenient walking distance restaurants, and so close to Quinta Avenida, I will definitely recommend it, just be aware of the noise every night until 3am, it’s so close to night clubs. Everything else was great 👍🏼
