The Space
Casa Kai gives families plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. The open kitchen connects to the living room, creating a comfortable space where everyone can gather. Sliding doors lead to a private outdoor area with:

The waterfall pool includes a large, shallow lounging area where younger children can play safely. The feature adds a soothing ambiance without excessive noise, and families can enjoy entire afternoons by the pool while parents take turns relaxing.
Bedrooms
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:
- Primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub
- Family room with a king bed and two twin beds, ideal for parents with children or two couples sharing
- Third bedroom with a double bed
- Fourth bedroom with two single beds, suitable for children
All beds feature quality linens. Each bedroom includes individually controlled air conditioning and sufficient closet space for unpacking.
Location
Playa Grande’s uncrowded beach is a five-minute walk away, or a two-minute drive when carrying beach equipment. The beach is well suited to families learning to surf or enjoying the waves.
The Children’s Park is directly across the street, providing a convenient place for children to burn off energy before dinner.

Overall we had a great stay and time at Casa Kai and it had plenty of space for our five kids and my mother-in-law. We were there for a full 7 nights and everyone felt like we had only been there for 3 or 4 nights. The house seems fairly modern and the location is great with walkable restaurants, surf shops and beach. The hosts were super responsive to any requests we had. There are a few things that should be addressed as well. We needed one of the A/C units in the living room serviced while we where there, the hot water stopped working at one point, and the water pressure would come and go randomly.

My family and I loved this place! We felt right at home and the house was beautiful! The location is about 1-2 mins from the beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We’d definitely comeback to this location.
