Casa Acantilado is a stunning five-bedroom luxury villa perched on a cliff in the hills of Pedregal. The property features a sauna, exercise area, daily butler service, and one of the best views in Cabo.

Every reservation includes a dedicated 24/7 Cabo Platinum Personal Concierge—a local expert who can assist with restaurant reservations, private chef services, yacht charters, activities, grocery pre-stocking, transportation, and much more.

The Space

Located in the exclusive Pedregal community near downtown Cabo San Lucas, this beautiful vacation rental offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The open floor plan creates an inviting setting for relaxation and entertaining.

Each of the five bedrooms provides a comfortable and sophisticated retreat. Four bedrooms feature king beds, ocean views, terrace or patio access, and en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom includes two twin beds, an HDTV, and patio access.

Step onto the expansive pool patio to enjoy spectacular views and the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The cliffside sauna and jacuzzi provide relaxing spaces to begin or end each day.

Staff and Services

Your reservation includes:

• Full-time butler service for eight hours per day
• Daily housekeeping, except on Mexican holidays

The butler can prepare drinks, provide towel service, and assist with other in-villa tasks.

Personal Concierge

Each Cabo Platinum rental includes a Personal Concierge who can help coordinate a complete itinerary for your group. After your booking is confirmed, your local concierge will assist with:

Your concierge will meet you at the villa upon arrival, remain on call throughout your stay, and see you off at departure.

House Rules

• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Events require prior written approval from Cabo Platinum. The number of guests may not exceed the original number specified in the Rental Agreement.
• Guests must follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respectful conduct toward security guards.
• The principal guest must be at least 25 years old unless Cabo Platinum provides written permission before arrival.
• Outside contracted services are not permitted, as they may jeopardize guest safety and the security deposit. Your Personal Concierge can arrange additional services, including chefs, butlers, and massage therapists. This policy is intended to protect guests; all service providers undergo thorough background checks and are verified with homeowners.
• Cabo Platinum maintains a strict cancellation and no-refund policy. If you have a special situation, please contact us to discuss the best option for your vacation.

Holiday Reservation Requirements

• Seven-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28.
• Seven-night New Year’s reservations must begin on December 26 or later.
