Very convenient place to stay with family when visiting Managua and the surrounding areas (Granada, Masaya, Laguna de Apoyo,…). Complex is safe and guarded 24/7.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious. Very secure, 24/7 security and easy parking. So close to one of the main highways of the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KODU apartments , and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless . The check-in process was swift, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a breathtaking view of the city skyline. We would love to come back soon!
