- Bedroom 4: An independent bedroom located in the garden in front of the pool. It includes a queen-size bed, full bathroom, and private terrace.
- Bedroom 5: Two twin beds and a full bathroom. Entrance is through the garage.
- Bedroom 6: Service room with one sofa bed and a full bathroom. Entrance is through the garage.
- Pool table and bar area for relaxed afternoons.
- Main living room with comfortable leather sofas and a 65-inch television.

Jacuzzi
Casa que Canta offers a spacious jacuzzi for up to 10 guests, available exclusively to visitors. It can be maintained at an approximate temperature of 38°C (100°F) 24 hours a day.
Use of the jacuzzi costs an additional $900 MXN per 24-hour period. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation.
Additional Garden Use
A very large garden is available for recreational use at an additional cost, subject to review and approval. Please inquire for more details.

Guests renting any of our properties receive preferred access to the new La Capilla Sports Club, which includes:

Mariana’s house was great and had something for our entire family, from little kids to grandparents. The house was just as it appeared in the photos, the jacuzzi was wonderfully warm all day long and the pool and jacuzzi were very clean. Mariana was a very responsive host; she was flexible on the details and accommodated us in every way. We would definitely stay there again.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the host for welcoming me into his home. The house is very beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited for enjoying a stay while maintaining pleasant privacy. However, for me, an essential point, beyond safety, remains the cleanliness and hygiene of the accommodation. Unfortunately, the house was in a very deplorable state of cleanliness upon our arrival. The bath towels were dirty and had a strong smell of dirt. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets had makeup stains and traces of dried saliva, and there was also a strong unpleasant odor around the beds. The balconies were also dirty, with hair and various types of dirt. The dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware also seemed to have simply been rinsed with water, without any real cleaning. It's really a shame, because the accommodation is very beautiful and has many advantages. However, the

The house is a little dated, but it was perfect for our family. Uber was always available to access from the house. Grocery stores were less than a mile. Mariana was amazing. Very helpful , she was even able to get a drive to bring my medication I left in Queretaro all the way to SMA.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning. The pool was a exactly what our kids needed. Located close to downtown. And when we did visit a downtown rooftop restaurant, we could actually spot the house from there. So cool. The dining table was massive. I loved it. Mariana was also super responsive to any and all questions I had had.

Our group of 10 people had a very nice stay in this house. The house was exactly as advertised, and we all enjoyed the house, pool, and town. The communication and assistance of the host Mariana was incredibly quick and efficient. A highlight of our stay was Marta, the chef Mariana recommended upon request. We enjoyed wonderful cooking 2 of our 4 nights! Highly recommendable!
