The Space
This recently renovated vacation rental is located in a gated community in central Tamarindo, offering a comfortable and peaceful setting for couples or families. The unit accommodates up to six guests and includes:

The apartment is on the third and top floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.
The primary bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom includes two single beds and a wardrobe. Shared-use hair dryers are available, and a private washer and dryer will soon be added inside the unit.

Guest Access
Guests have access to a large communal pool. Security is provided, and five parking spaces are available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available along the side of the street.
Important Information
- During the dry season, the area may experience scheduled water-conservation periods, which can result in temporary water shortages. In exceptional circumstances, unannounced water shutoffs may also occur.
- The building does not have an elevator and can only be accessed by stairs. It is not suitable for guests with disabilities or mobility difficulties.
- Parental supervision of minors is always recommended.

Amazing location and easy access into the condo. Slight smell in one of the bedrooms. Parking at building usually full but street parking nearby was plentiful.

Fantastic stay. This is my 6th time in country and the value is, in my opinion, the best you’re gonna get. Monica was responsive and I would definitely recommend staying here if looking for something a little bit more “independent” from a resort/hotel. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus!

old large apartment block, 5 parking spaces only, no water in the building the last day, air conditioning in one room does not work, air con outside units noise very audible in bedroom, common area maintenance in stairwells missing, bed too soft for us. good location. very well equipped airbnb. hosts not on site it seems, but responsive.

Our stay was very nice. The place is comfortable, clean and as shown in the pictures. Monica was a very friendly and helpful host at all times, which made us feel welcome from the start. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and location, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family. Definitely a place we would recommend and gladly return to.

Difficult locating condo via the address given, but was able to identify building via photos. Unfortunately didn’t receive check in instructions so we were stuck outside waiting for a while. Parking was a mess, so beware if you intend you drive, I don’t blame the host for this, but could have been detailed in the listing description. It’s on lot that all units use so frequently blocked in or blocking someone else in. The place was nice, and centrally located and as expected based on photos, I would recommend an exterminator or pest control as there were a lot of ants in the unit.
