The Space
This simple and comfortable holiday apartment is located on the second floor and offers independent access from the top floor.
The apartment overlooks a beautiful lagoon, where you can enjoy peaceful views and colorful sunsets. Although there is no pool, a beach with calm, shallow, crystal-clear water is only a five-minute walk away.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is equipped with:
- Stove
- Refrigerator-freezer
- Coffee maker
- Basic cooking utensils
- Pots and knives
- Plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery for up to six people
The dining area includes a table with six chairs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
- The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a mini-split air-conditioning unit.
- The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds and a mini-split air-conditioning unit.
- The apartment has two full bathrooms.
- Personal toiletries, including shampoo and toothpaste, are provided.
- One towel is supplied per guest.
There is also a service area with basic cleaning supplies, a toilet, and an automatic boiler for hot water. Please note that there is no washing machine.

The apartment is conveniently located near:

The main avenue is approximately 100 meters from the home, which takes about five to seven minutes to walk. After crossing the avenue, you will reach the beach, known for its clear, shallow water and moderate waves.
Public buses operate 24 hours a day and travel throughout the hotel zone. The nightlife and bar area is approximately 10 minutes away by bus.
Nearby Beach
The beach has a couple of seafood restaurants that are open from 11:00 a.m. until a maximum of 5:40 p.m. On the left side, a beach club offers beds and umbrellas for approximately 250 Mexican pesos with a minimum purchase.
The beach can be very crowded on weekends. If you prefer quieter beaches, visiting during the week is recommended.
Nearby Services and Attractions
- A 24-hour OXXO convenience store is nearby. After a certain time at night, service is provided only through the window.
- OXXO does not sell alcoholic beverages on Sundays after 5:00 p.m.
- Two pharmacies are located nearby.
- The Ultramar ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres is across the street.
- Several tour agencies are nearby.
- A taxi stand is available in the area.
- The San Jorge currency exchange house is located nearby.
Supermarket and Nightlife
Chedraui Select supermarket is approximately five minutes away by bus or car, or about 20 minutes on foot. It offers:

- Prepared food, including pizzas, pastas, ceviches, and other options
The party area is next to Chedraui Select, with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and antros.

Excellent place, very clean and organized. With a beautiful view of the lagoon. The value for the money and the location are 10/10. Liza and Victor are very friendly and respond very quickly.

Liza was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating! The home was just as listed. We loved the view! And Uber's were able to find it. We appreciated the water in the fridge! A few more spoons and forks would be nice, but we made do. We only had one bug encounter, which is quite miraculous for the area! We would stay here again!

Liza and Victor are great hosts. Victor helped us with a problem we had parking our car. They welcomed us late, as our flight was delayed. Víctor was always very friendly and Liza answered our questions quickly. Everything was excellent. If anything, the only detail is that the bed was very hard, but we solved it by taking an extra mattress out of the closet.

A very nice place that is true to the pictures. The host was always attentive to messages and to our arrival. The place is quiet and easily accessible. You can rest well and it has everything you need to stay for several days. We had no problems. I would stay there again.

Went to Cancun for my birthday trip and loved staying with Liza & Victor! The pictures don’t do the space justice - the ceilings are high and the overall look is modern and cozy! Pros: - gorgeous view right in front of a beautiful lagoon you can see in the living room/ dining room - right next to security gate, it felt like we were protected the whole time - super helpful and responsive hosts who were proactive and helped us even when we didn’t ask! Helped with extra blankets, food storage, flexible check in & check out, etc! “Cons”: - there are 3 keys, one for the gate and 2 for the door so while we felt very safe and secure we were often struggling with it or had to account time for opening the door and gate.

The photos don't do it justice. It's incredibly beautiful. 🤩 We loved the place and the view of the lagoon, and the place is impeccably clean and tidy. Liza and Victor's kindness is unparalleled. They are the best. The place has more than you need to have a pleasant stay. There's shampoo, soap, and toothpaste in the bathrooms. And everything you need in the kitchen. We arrived in the morning and we appreciate the detail of leaving food in the fridge. To hold out until breakfast. 🥰🫶 We really felt at home 🏠 From now on, my favorite place 😍

The hosts were welcoming and very responsive to all the questions we had throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, clean, and well located in the Hotel Zone. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
