An on-site manager lives in the neighborhood and can help guests get around town, plan tours, and arrange local activities. With its comfortable furnishings and Mexican charm, this home is well suited to large groups and is centrally located for exploring everything Cancún has to offer.

The Space

The spacious rooftop lounge and recreation area offers cityscape views, along with beautiful distant views of the Caribbean waters and Isla Mujeres. A palapa-style tiki hut includes:

A spiral staircase leads to the crow’s nest, where guests can enjoy an impressive 360-degree view of the surrounding area. Relax with coffee during the morning sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine or a margarita at sunset while taking in the views and refreshing breezes.

This brand-new luxury home is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and electronics, along with plenty of Mexican charm. High-speed Wi-Fi is available on every floor.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom features luxury pillow-top mattresses, 400–600 thread-count sheets, and attractive bedding. Every room has its own distinctive style.

• The spacious primary bedroom includes expansive windows, a tropical-style private bathroom, and an additional full-size bed for larger groups.
• The second king bedroom combines high-end bedding with traditional Mexican elements and includes a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
• The third king bedroom has a Mexican spa-inspired design and its own full bathroom.
• The fourth bedroom opens onto a balcony and contains two full-size beds with traditional Mexican décor.
• The fifth bedroom includes four bunk beds, making it ideal for children or four individual guests.

Transportation outside the city is restricted. Within city limits, the vehicle may be used for trips to and from:
