The Space

Oceanfront Oasis is a modern, well-appointed condominium in Azul, located directly on the beach along Banderas Bay in the historic town of Bucerias. The property is close to artisan shops, gourmet restaurants, boutiques, local festivals, and other activities.

Banderas Bay’s warm sandy beach stretches from Nuevo Vallarta to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, offering miles of shoreline for walking and enjoying the ocean. Along the way, you can stop at beachfront bars for a cold beer or visit one of the many oceanfront massage tents.

Bucerias is conveniently located north of Puerto Vallarta, approximately a 20-minute taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta Airport.

Views and Outdoor Living

The condominium’s location within the building provides excellent sunshine and views. Relax on the balcony while watching whales breach in the bay, pelicans soar overhead, and cruise ships travel in and out of the Port of Vallarta.

You can also enjoy a meal prepared with the day’s catch from the local market on the balcony or walk a few steps to nearby restaurants.
