The stay was 10 out of 10. Super well located, 23 minutes from the airport, clothing stores in the shopping plaza, access with fairly good security, a quiet condominium, very easy to get to the place. There was communication with the host the whole time. She was super attentive to the arrival. The stay was very pleasant. The spaces were quite spacious. I brought two young people in wheelchairs, and we didn't have any problems at all. The gym was very clean and had quite a few machines. The pool was very nice with heated water. The only things missing were a little cleaning of the tiles on the sides, as they look a bit yellow from the scale, and more light at night. The jacuzzi works wonderfully.

We were very happy to stay with you. Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was clean. We felt right at home. The hosts were very attentive. We loved Cancun. We'll be back.

Very nice place! Safe area close to the mall and marina. There is very high security so make sure to have all IDs submitted before arriving, otherwise you will not be let in. Gracias Lauren!

We had a good overall stay. The property was quiet, private, and in a convenient location. The host was responsive and quickly resolved an issue with the hot water in one of the bathrooms on the first day, which we appreciated. The main downside was that there was ongoing construction nearby that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Construction began around 8:00 AM every morning, making it difficult to sleep in or enjoy a quiet morning. Had we known about this beforehand, we could have planned accordingly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I think the listing should disclose the construction so future guests know what to expect.

Check-in was very disappointing. We weren’t given the exact address, were sent to the wrong location, and security turned us away twice saying we didn’t have a reservation. Although check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, we didn’t get into the Airbnb until 6 PM after waiting for three hours. The host also kept giving inaccurate updates on when it would be ready. The property itself was fine, but the check-in process caused unnecessary stress and wasted the first day of our vacation.

Lauren’s place was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the listing, and the views were even more beautiful in person. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We always felt safe thanks to the excellent security, and having nearby stores and restaurants made everything so convenient. The only minor issue we experienced was that there weren’t any clean washcloths available when we arrived, so we had to wash them ourselves. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. My friends and I had an incredible stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We felt comfortable, secure, and right at home throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend Lauren’s place to anyone visiting the area and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!

Everything was super, super good! The only thing is that the wifi didn't work, and neither did the air conditioning in the building's playroom, and on the beach you couldn't use the facilities because they're only for the owners 🥹 Even if you wanted to pay, you couldn't, but the truth is that the Airbnb is super nice, super spacious, and the area is very, very cool. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and safe place with a great view. Plenty to do around, only the check in process at the gate with the guards or at the lobby , Was annoying I would suggest to send the agreement via e mail ahead of the visit, however the place is beautiful with great views, fantastic pool with bartender at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed.
