Villa Caracol is a private gallery home designed for gathering. Enjoy long breakfasts in the colonial courtyard, leisurely wine afternoons with friends, and cozy evenings around the fire pit beneath the walnut trees.
Located just steps from the Main Plaza, the property offers a warm and private experience unlike a conventional accommodation.
The Space
The house is arranged around a colonial-style central courtyard that connects the bedrooms, kitchen, and social areas, creating a bright, open, and inviting setting for spending time together.
The property includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort and privacy for families and groups of friends:
- Four king bedrooms with private bathrooms
- One queen bedroom with a private bathroom
- Two independent bedrooms that share a bathroom
All bedrooms feature air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire property, including several spaces designed for gathering and enjoying time together.

The house is ideally suited for 10 to 12 guests, although slightly larger groups may be accommodated with prior approval.
One complimentary bundle of firewood is included for use with the fire pit during your stay.
Guests traveling with young children are kindly asked to supervise them closely in outdoor areas, especially in the garden.

An excellent place to stay in Parras, with exceptionally clean rooms and a pleasant kitchen, living room, and dining room to make your stay perfect. Parking for 3 cars and security for the peace of mind of guests. Highly recommended for a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay in Villa caracol. The host was amazing and she made everything easier, she provided some contact for drivers and offered some additional services. The place is really beautiful and was very clean, and a great plus is that they have wine bottle you can buy and they also received us with some snacks. Loved it and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The place was spotless, very comfortable and cared for in every detail. You can tell the care and dedication they put into making sure guests have an excellent experience. In addition, the host was very kind, attentive and always available when we needed him. We loved staying at Villa Caracol in Parras, Coahuila. Ms. Ana Patty and Olivia were super friendly and were always attentive to us. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable to enjoy as a family. Everything was very well maintained and the atmosphere is perfect for resting and having a great weekend. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended ✨
