The Space
This thoughtfully designed studio has evolved over 10 years of hosting into a cozy, boutique-style space. It is located within our family home but remains completely private and independent.
Just steps from world-class surf, the studio has been carefully created with surfers’ needs in mind. It offers excellent location and value close to the beach, making it suitable for couples, families, or two solo travelers.

The beds can be arranged as two single beds or one king-size bed. A third bed can also be added for an additional guest fee. High-quality mattresses are provided for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The studio is separate from the rest of the house, although we are available to help or answer questions.

Our home is shared with my family, pets, and other guests. I am available if you need assistance. If I am away, a housekeeper will be available to help.
Other Things to Note
Our family includes me, my two teenage boys, one relaxed Nicaraguan rescue dog named Otto, and our Canadian cat, Tora.
Electricity costs in Nicaragua are among the highest in Central America. We kindly ask guests to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and fans when they are not in the home and to use them conservatively.
Air conditioning is included in the rate, primarily for nighttime use or short cooling sessions during the day. If you plan to use the air conditioning for more than 12 hours per day in total, an additional fee of $10 per day applies. This is especially relevant for guests working online full-time.
We are a small, family-run Airbnb.

My wife and I visited Nica for our honeymoon and having not having to worry about our lodging was a huge help. Miki was extremely helpful and attentive. While Miki's place is fabulous, she's the best reason to rent it. Miki is so kind and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed getting to know here. The studio is large with everything you need. It's only two blocks to the fabulous beach, beach club, and Pilis restaurant. Her pool is also so nice for lazing away the afternoon. We'll be back!
