Area was more remote than I was looking for. House is extremely modern and clean, fit the listing description. We were given the wrong alarm code when we went to check-in and the alarm sounded very loudly when we unlocked the sliding doors to enter the home. If it wasn’t for the cleaning crew at the property next door, I don’t know how we would’ve got the alarm disarmed. No big super in the area, a couple smaller stores that had all necessities at a much higher cost. Easy beach access 8 minutes down the road. Dishwasher was nice. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was enjoyable. Outdoor shower nice when coming back from the beach. Some cons- coffee pot doesn’t brew more than 1 cup at a time. You need a new set of pots and pans- everything sticks terribly! Knives in the kitchen are extremely dull (sharpener doesn’t touch them because of how dull they are, you need a new set. You need a wire brush to clean the grill. House smelled of sewer gas our last day, very unpleasant.

The house was very clean at our arrival and Vie-la vacation concierge has been supportive and available when needed. The house was corresponding to the description. I Will rent the villa again without any problem. All activities from Playa Grande are very close from the Villa.

The accommodation was quite good. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with large and pleasant bathrooms. One of the showers slopes outward and causes the floor mat to get wet or the rest of the bathroom floor to get very wet. The access was very simple and the place is very nice. We loved the grill for cooking some grilled items in the evenings. Very helpful. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a stay like at home. The washing machine needs maintenance. It makes a very loud noise during the spin cycle, and that's annoying. The pool is spacious and very nice. It needed to be vacuumed. There is sediment at the bottom. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are thicker than recommended, and if you're not used to it, your neck will be sore the next day. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms. The toilet faucet wasn't turned off, so the water in the tank was used up and we ran out of water the last night.

Very comfortable house, with all the necessary accessories. The A/C worked very well. The pool is small but sufficient for cooling off and relaxing. Playa Grande is a 5-minute drive away, and Playa Minas and Playa Real are about 25 minutes away. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants within a few minutes drive.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, perfectly clean and comfortable. By car you can visit many nearby beaches.

Just got back from 5 days in this magical villa. It is a true gem, feels like home and the pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor pool is incredible and fully private and refreshing. The patio has perfect shade for resting, grilling, enjoying the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked and was spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The villa is close to tons of restaurants, the beach is a few minutes' drive and is breathtaking. The host responded immediately to any question I had and the check in instructions were extremely helpful and on point. Thank you for an incredible vacation and for lifelong memories!

The property is absolutely beautiful, modern, and the private pool was fantastic. And, the host was extremely responsive. The infrastructure in the area can be unpredictable; we lost power and water during our stay. Because the front gate is electric, we were temporarily locked inside the compound without cell service when the power went down. The hosts were incredibly responsive and worked quickly to help resolve the issues, and everything else about the house was great. Beautiful place, just come prepared for potential local utility outages!
